Removing , Dismantling & Transporting of all sizes / types of damaged poles with bracket clamps, insulators or stay from the cement concrete foundation, clearing the site etc., as per the requirements / instructions given by the department- in- charge.

Engaging the suitable hydraulic Crane on hire basis.

Fabrication, Supply, Transportation & erection of swaged pole of size 11.0 Mtr. (138 kgs) working load as per IS 2713/1980 specs. The lengths of sections should be 7.0 mtr at bottom, 2.0 mtr at middle and 2.0 mtr at top & outer dia thickness of sections should be 139.70 x 4.50 at bottom and 114.30 x 3.65 at middle and 88.9 x 3.25 at top. The pole should be painted with primary coat of red oxide and black bituminous paint up to ground level with base plate, including cost of all materials etc., complete including excavaton of pit (1.5 x 0.75 x 0.6) mtrs and concreating & coping with 1:2:4 prop of not less than 0.57 cum from bottom of the pole upto ground level, painting of the pole with one coat of Red oxide paint & two coats of aluminium paints including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete.

Supply, Fabrication, Transportation and fixing of 1.50 Mtr length Single Arm standard Bracket made with MS galvanized 48mm/50mm dia Pipe including Painting with 2 coats red oxid and 2 coat silver enamel paint, all labour charges etc., complete on existing pole.

Supply transportation and fixing of 120 W +/-10% (>=12000 lumens) LED Street light Body made of high grade pressure die – cast Aluminium alloy with corrosion resistant powder coat, having protective toughened glass cover, Suitable lens on LEDs, Less Glare, IP 66 (Silicon gasket ensures Optical & Electrical compartments are IP 66) protected, wide operating voltage range, P.F > 0.90, System having efficacy >110 lumens/watt, with Ingress protection IP66, Potted driver, Driver surge protection >10KV, THD<15%, CCT: 3000 - 6500K as desired by the department and as per IS, CRI>70, Inbuilt Electrical protections like Over voltage, short circuit, Over load, Open Circuit, Miswiring etc., complete fixing on pole. Supply and fixing of thermo plastic pole boxes IP 65 protection of size (200x150x100) mm on the street light pole with the following switch gear 1) SP MCB 6-32A: 01 no. 2) neutral connector: 01 no and fixing all above items, testing and including all necessary connections and labour charges, clamps etc., complete.
