A/R and M/O Residential Building at D.A. Flats, Nimri Colony under Sub Division North West B-6, PWD, Delhi during 2025-26 (SH- Providing, Fixing and Commissioning of Ultra Modular Substrater Set on Under Ground Water Tank).

Providing, Laying & Fixing of Ultra Modular Substrater Set consisting of all type of holders attached with Supernatant. It shall be capable to mount any type of surface like bottom/slab mounted. Installation shall be i/c provision of fixing of all secernent at site. It shall be capable to handling all clotted materials during the whole process. At outer portion it shall be completely quiescent along with attached modular dipper wholer – notcher, design for continues working mode. Errection shall be horizontal / vertical or as per site requirement & as per direction of Engg. - in- charge. Nothing shall be paid extra for same. Fabricated material shall be mild steel type (outer body) equipped with all type of required boosters along with automatic or manual operating system. System shall be operated through S.M.P.S (Switch mode power supply) Or A.M.P.S (auto mode power supply) without disturbing the whole grid. All required fittings like mounter, hinges supporting system will be provided by the agency/contractor at site with no extra cost. For loading or staging the system at site, all required municipal permission in the scope of agency/contractor. After mounting or staging the complete system at site, agency/ contractor shall paint one or more coat of anti-rusting coloured enamel paint on Substrater set. Bearing capability shall be fifty tpd along with highly clotted type strength for smoother functioning of the whole system. It shall be tailor made as per site requirement.

Providing & Fixing of two way type Autoclave blocker set having no moving parts, Strong tubing built external body i/c design for high tolerance upper ‘n’ lower capping system. It shall be design for easily interchangeable type along with low pressure mercury vapor formation for smoother functioning of whole system. During the whole process no hazardous material should be form & same should be design for no (VOC) volatile organic compound emissions. Required size of eco – friendly stainless steel tubing unit will be part of the autoclave system. It will be design high- efficiency type with low energy consumption. Nothing shall be paid extra for the mounting/laying process.
