Development of parking area in front of Gate No.5 to facilitate Cargo vehicle

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil with initial lead and lifts,with dressing,levelling & compacting the foundation bed,breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, disposing the material at a designated place within 5km lead and keeping the required quantities for back filling ,with supply of all labour, T&P,tollage,transportation ,all taxes if any excluding GST etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling with saline sand to the required level & slope including conveying the same by private trucks with 5 KM (av) lead and all lifts ,loading at one end & unloading at other end with covering at the top to prevent spillage of sand ,spreading, levelling, watering,consolidating and ramming, with cost of all transportation,barṛicading at site if requires,hire & running charges of machineries, T&P, all testings, royalties,taxes if any excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (10% voids will be deducted from the final measured quantity of sand at site after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity as per joint pre-levels & post level at site.)

Collecting, conveying, supplying ,transportation of approved quality of quarry dust including loading at one end & unloading at other end at site , spreading in required profile, rolling with PRR including cost & supply of all materials , labours ,T&P,all testings, hire & running charges of all equipments,tollage, royalities , taxes if any excluding GST etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. ( NB: payment shall be made as per joint pre-levels & post levels at site)

Supplying all materials, conveying the IRC grade-II metal with all leads and lifts including conveying the same by private trucks including loading at one end and unloading the materials at site and spreading metal ( 45mm to 63mm confirming to sieve analysis as per MOST specification for IRC grade-II) metalling to an uniform thickness in layers to required slope and hand packing the voids with small stones, to proper grade and camber including filling the interstices by quarry dust by spreading the same over the surface and watering, dry & wet rolling, consolidating with PRR ,barricading the worksite if required ,includinghire & running charges of machineries ,transporting vehicle, taxes if any excluding GST complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(NB: Payment shall be made as per joint pre-levels & post levels at site.)

Supplying sweet sand with all lead & lift including transportation ,loading at one end & unloading at site spreading below the paver block , leveling ,watering, consolidating and ramming, including preparation of base as per profile with cost & supply of all labour, materials ,hire & running charges of machineries, T&P, tollage, royalties ,taxes if any excluding GST, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and laying factory made/plant made of M40 grade interlocking concrete Paver block 80 mm (av) thick of approved shape , size, design & shade including collecting, conveying the same by pvt. trucks , loading at one end & unloading at site, placing the same over the prepared compacted surface in proper level , alignment & pattern, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layers through compaction by using plate vibrator,filling the joints with sand and cutting the paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all transportation ,hire & running charges of machineries,testing charges, taxes if any excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge .(NB:The contractor shall have to submit manufacturer test certificate & all testings as per IS standard at his own cost).

CC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 12mm to 20mm size crusher broken) of approved quality including mixing in mixer machine, hoisting and laying the concrete in position, consolidating with vibrator finished smooth to the exposed surface,brooming, curing, with cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P,hire & running charges of machineries ,all testings,taxes if any excluding GST, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid, smooth, leak proof centering and shuttering for the CC works by providing steel/Ply shutters complete and deshuttering the same after due period of setting of concrete with painting with coal tar /lubricants to the shutter surface after each use including cost & supply of all materials, labour, tollage, royalties, T&P,taxes if any excluding GST,etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning and cutting the unwanted growth, grass, removal of debrises & disposing the debrises at designated place as directed with supply of all labour, materials, necessary T&P, transportation , taxes if any excluding GST all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Engagement of machinery for dozing, levelling the undulated/dilapidated area or for any other purpose including hire & running charges of machineries , cost of fuel,lubricants, operator expenses , T&P, taxes if any excluding GST etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. ( No idle hours shall be paid)
