Removing the existing unserviceable Foot Board from Hard Bed and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new Pre Laminated Particle Board 18mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable Head Board from Hard Bed and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new Pre Laminated Particle Board 18mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of Hard Bed by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/painted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of surface by Removing existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair of Chair Dinning [FD/MAP/II/05]

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken PVC seat from chair dinning and supply & fixing the new PVC seat 4mm existing size in its original position all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak) and fixing the same in its original position as per drawing :-

Removing the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Double Bunk and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick (2 nos ply wood for 1 no double sleeping bunk) commercial, BWR Grade of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable Ladder from Double Bunk and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new MS Pipe 20 mm dia of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of Double Bunk by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Locker Steel (Size 1200 x 900 x 430 mm) [FD-1029]

Removing of existing U/S top of locker steel and S&F new top made out of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape

Removing of existing U/S bottom of locker steel and S&F new bottom made out of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape

Taking out of broken door shutter from Locker Steel and re-fixing with new door shutter of existing size 1 mm thick . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing

Removing old broken damaged hasp of locker steel and S/F new hasp & staples of size 150 mm long chromium plated to the shutters of locker steel.

Removing old broken handle of locker steel and S/F new handle of size 100 mm long 'D' Type chromium plated to the shutters of locker steel.

Removing old broken hanging rod of locker steel and S/F new hanging rod made out of 20mm dia chromium plated pipe 500mm long of locker steel.

Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of Locker Steel Size 1200 x 900 x 430 mm by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to Peg Table [FD-277]

Removing the old unserviceable leg and providing the new leg made out of 1st class teak Wood seasoned of size 30x50x362mm high and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

Removing old broken top rail and providing the new top rail made out of 1st class hardwood teak of size 20mm x 40mm x380mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

Removing the old top and providing the new top made out of 18mm particle board one side laminated exterior grade with 4mm teak wood beading all around and fixing the same on peg table in its original position as per drawing and providing new hard rubber/PVC/Nylon shoes to the bottom of legs. Size of particle board shall be 450mm x 300 mm.

Preparation of surface by Removing existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge here-in-before but for Peg Table.

Chair Revolving (TP)

Removing the old unsv back frame and S&F with Dimensions as shown on drngs. Back shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric/ latherite cover and moulded polyurethane foam. The back frame shall be designed with contour lumber supports for extra conform with PVC lapping all arounds complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old unsv seat frame and S&F Seat frame of size 510x470x60. seat shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric/ latherite cover and moulded polyurethane foam complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old unsv Hand Rest and S&F Hand Rest with Black intergral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old unsv Pedestal assy and S&F Pedestal assy injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright sinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castor. It is 600mm pitch centre dia complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken Hydraulic from chair Revolving and supply & fixing the new Hydraulic existing size in its original position all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 8.05 here-in-before but for tilt locking machanism assy.

Shoe Rack (Shelter) / Tray steel 3/4 spaces [ FD-97(M)] Removing of old unsv fillowing parts of Rack Shoe Steel & fixing new parts of following:

Replacement of unsv leg angle iron 25x25x750x5mm

Replacement of unsv Shelf 1mm MS Sheet fixing with nut bolt

Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of Shoe Rack by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Almirah Steel Size (1260 x 760 x 420 mm ) [FD-1031]

Removing of existing U/S top of Almirah Steel and S&F new top of made out MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape

Removing of existing U/S bottom of Almirah Steel and S&F new bottom of made out MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape

Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing

Removing the worn out u/s handle from the Almirah Steel and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy duty as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Removing the worn out u/s lock from Almirah Steel and providing/fixing with new lock 6 lever with deuplicate key ISI marked of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE duly fixed as per drawing.

Removing the worn out u/s 3 way locking device and providing/fixing the new one in its original postion as per drg.

Removing the worn out u/s leg and providing / fixing the new leg made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick in its original position duly welded as per drg.

Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick. All as shown on drg.
