Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and lead upto 5000m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required table 300.2

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads upto 5000m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material (Coarse graded), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieved the desired density.

Stablised Wet Mix Macadam (+1% OPC+3.5 % Emulsion SS-2) - Providing laying spreading to graded stone aggregate (Stablised WMM) after mixing of water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying with 1% OPC and 3.5 % emulsion SS-2 in uniform single layer on sub-base / subgrade and compacting with vibratory and tandem roller to achive desired density etc complete as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom incl all and complete as per technical specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification clause no 509 complete in all respects.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and technical speification.

Providing & laying of 80 mm thick rubber moulded inter locking paver tiles incl. 30 mm thick fine sand cusion bed in proper slope & camber including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and complete as per technical specification.

Furnishing and placing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days and complete as per technical specification.

Furnishing and placing plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete Grade M-20 in Foundation, substructure and superstructure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD steel reinforcement complete in foundation, sub-structure and super structure as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1600 & 2200

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).

Supply and placing of 1200 mm dia RCC hume pipe NP-3 in diversion for culvert incl all charges of labour, material, transportation and as per technical specification.

Construction of embankment in diversion with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with three wheel road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification Clause 412
