Taking down from poles light fittings of any type and supply and fix circular LED post top made up of Pressure die cast aluminium body and opal PC cover. IP 66 and IK07 45 watt, 3000K complete with necessary fixing arrangements (Make- Havells Cat No RINKPT45WLED757PSYMTOPC or same type in all respect in Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/Surya)

M&L for PVC insulated unsheathed three core flame retardant cable (FR) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including 25 mm dia PVC rigid non- metallic conduit if required drawing through pipe or inserting through holes of poles from PVC junction box to fitting including taking down / dismantling old wiring including and old conduit complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) PVC three core cable and one run of PVC rigid non metallic conduit ( if rquired) shall be measured as one length).

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of Hardstanding/ road by mannual method upto 200mm deep for inserting GI pipe for cable protection complete including ready mix concreate and making good distrubed surface all as specified and as directed.

Boring of hole horizontaly 80 mm dia for under road/hard standing area / foot path for laying/crossing of cables including making good road/hard standing area/foot path and road shoulder etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection with all fittings for passing the under ground HT cable under road crossing along poles walls and floors including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for cable protection with all fittings for passing the under ground HT cable under road crossing along poles walls and floors including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of free standing floor mounted, dust and vermin proof automatic timer switch box panel board, outdoor type, fabricated with 2.0 mm thick SS 316 Sheet mirror finished internally and externally. Panel shall be front openable with double stud hinged door & locking arrangement and provided with suitable size of TPN bus bars of high conductivity copper alloy and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angles of size 50 X 50 X 6mm, embedded 200 mm below ground level in PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate, 600 mm above ground level and comprising the following: (a) ML-4 Contactor, TP, 70 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 HZ - 01 Nos (b) Digital timer switch 20 Amps capacity - 01 Nos (c) MCCB, TP, 63 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 10 KA Breaking capacity - 01 Nos [Incoming] (d) MCB, SP, 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 50Hz, 10 KA - 6 Nos

M&L for Conductive Concrete Earth Grid of multiple interconnected Earth Electrodes to achieve the earth resistance value of less than < 5 Ω. The excavation is to be carried out in any type of soil including hard rock. The approx specification are as under:- (i) Earth Electrodes: Metal conductor - Copper bonded MS rod dia 17.2 mm (+/-.5mm), Length 2.25 meter with conductive concrete including provision of bore 85mm to 100 mm dia, 3meter Length of earth electrode. (ii) All earth electrodes (min two nos) should be installed to achieved the desired result . (iii) Interconnected Strip: All the multiple Earth Electrodes will be horizontally interconnected with metal conductor - Copper strip flat size : 25mm x 3 mm & conductive concrete embedding size : 60 mm². (iv) Test Link : Test links - Copper strip flat size : 40 mm x 6 mm x 200 mm shall be provided, at any one of the multiple Earth Electrodes of the grid for connection between earth grid pit and application. (v) Pit Cover : RCC pit cover & frame shall be provided at all Earth Electrode (with test links). Note :- (a) Bidder shall produce certificate for resistivity of conductive concrete. (b) Fault Current Tested at 35 KA Peak With 17.2mm copper bonded rod . (c ) On completion of work Engineer in charge will check the earth resistance in presence of user, Contractor will re-do the earth if earth resistance value is more than 5 Ohm if value not found as per contract the necessary action to be taken by the contactor for achieving the desire result. The contactor will maintain value upto min 5 year (d) All connecting strips would be of copper of size 20x3 mm and cost of the same is included in the rate quoted, upto test point. (e) Test certificate of earthing material for ROHS compliance, Resistivity value and fault current test for electrode from certified NABL laboratory shall be submitted. (f) Contractor will annually check the resistance value of earth grids after completion of work (g) The vendor to provide CPRI test report for current greater than 20 KA with peak at 38 KA, The report shall not be more then 5 year old from the date of tender. (h) The product should be ROHS compliance. l) The earthing to be carried out by OEM only. The MOU in this respect to be submitted by contractor while quoting the contract.

Each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n.exc. 10 cm. 50x50mm mesh size for covered the E/M installation/ substation of 24 m length and 2.1m high with 4mm GI wire incl 04 Nos of 10mm dia tie round bars, securing with 12mm dia 100mm long botls @ 04 Nos at each post alongwitg 50x6mm FI with 5 Nos of 65x65x6mm angle iron post embedded in PCC 1:3:6 of foundation size of 1.2x0.50x0.60m and provision of Framed work as in doors or Gates of Angle or other section with gusset plates, Rails, braces etc complete including drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering also fastening and fixing complete of Grade Fe 410-O MS steel gate of size 2.0 x 2.0m, bottom portion covered with 1.60mm thick MS bleck sheet and painting work for fancing and gate with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable gate lights and supply & fix LED post top suspended lantern made up of spun aluminium canopy with die-cast aluminium spigot. Fitted with glare free optically designed prismatic diffuser and high efficiency LEDs of 30 watt, 3000-4500k complete with fixing arrangements on existing gate pillars all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (make- Surya Cat No SLEPT30W-VEGA or same type in Philips/Bajaj/crompton/Havells)

Taking out old unserviceable change over switch and Supply and fix Automatic Change over switch / Automatic transfer switch in sheet steel enclosure duly powder coated of Capacaity 200 Amps, 4 pole with complete protection, controller and having provision of manual operation also suitable for 415 volt , 50 Haz AC supply. The ATS shall be fixed on wall on a angle iron frame made out of angle iron 50x50x6 mm angle and cable end boxes on top and bottom (the height of cable end boxes shall be minimum 450 mm) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB and supply and fix MCCB TP, 415 Volt, 400 amps rup capacity 36 KA (Ics=100%Icu) including all necessary fixing arrangements such as nut bolts washers, links etc

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB and supply and fix MCCB TP, 415 Volt, 630 amps rup capacity 50 KA (Ics=100%Icu) including all necessary fixing arrangements such as nut bolts washers, links etc

Taking out old cross arms/support from poles and M&L for cross arams, bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut bolt washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
