Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSPT&H cl. No. 508 complete in all respect including up to initial lead of 5.00 km from quarry and carriage of mixed material up to 0.00 km. initial lead from mix plant ( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by deptt.)
