Survey of working site area for laying work of sewer line Including all survey equipment, surveyor, labor, T&P etc complete.

Dismantling of Bituminous road by mannual/Mechanical for sewer line Including all labor, T&P, Mechanical Machine etc complete.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 50 m from the centre of the foundation trenches and MS Box Shuttering Including all required material related to Box shuttering, labor, T&P, dewatering pump, fitter, electrician, safety equipment, lighting etc complete work

Confined exvaction of shafts for pipe jacking/ramming purpose in soil inclusiveof H beam strutting with MS plate /cubical wooden lagging and maintaining the shaft during construction operation and backfilling the same after the completion of work .For shaft of 6mx5m in all type of soil. For Depth upto 6 m (Rate Ind STT 1.3.1.1) Estimated rate per pipe.

MICROTUNNELING- Installation of product pipe by micro tunneling method including Concrete structural shaft of sheet piles/RCC retaining walls/well sinking/secant pilling as par respective site requirements. (upto 100 meter of installation length and 5m depth) all inclusive as per IndSTT:102-2018; Code of Practice for Micro Tunneling&Pipe Jacking Suiting Indian Conditions. 600 mm diameter(in mixed strata) rate from IND STT 2.7.3.1

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of brick masonry manhole in first class brick of following types and sizes in cement mortar 1:4, P.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4, foundation concrete 1:2:4, inside & outside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete with 1:2:4, finished with floating coat of neat cement complete with including CI steps (PVC encapsulated) staggered at 0.3 m interval, RCC arch above pipe including excavation, reinforcement and form work, SFRC heavy duty frame and cover as per standard design and drawing. Up 3.01 to 6.0m depth with manhole size 1500mm

MS Pipe Providing and conveying to site jacking pipe confirming and shall be fabricated as per Indian standard (Amended up to date) including all taxes (Central and Local) ), including cost of labour required, transportation, loading, unloading & stacking etc.(excluding cost of laying, jointing, testing and commissioning) Including Epoxy paint of approved make in three coat at outside of Product pipe and PU paint of approved make at inside of product pipe and one addition coat of PU paint before commissioning of sewer line. 600 mm internal diameter 12 MM thick

Provision for inter connection in between proposed sewer and existing Manhole of relieving trunk sewer and gully sewers including cost of all labour material and special T&P required for connection and re-instate the same complete in all respect.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exeeding 10km. from the site of work and including watering, dressing, etc. rate to include the cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Provision for shifting & re-instatement of utilities e.g. electric & telephone cable/ poles, water lines, drains and culverts etc. during excavation & laying of sewers.

Dewatering work during work at site Including all pumps, fuel, fitter, labor, T&P etc complete.

Traffic Voluntiers for traffic control , diversion during work at site Including all labor, T&P etc complete.

Restoration work of Bituminous road Including required all item like GSB, WBM, Black top, M/c, labor, T&P etc complete.

Provision for site clearance, disposal of malba, surplus earth of chamber, excavation etc after construction period and unforeseen items Including all labor, T&P etc complete.
