M&L for precast cement concrete ( 1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for hardcore with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm each and thickness 7 to 8mm as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match existing surfaces including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigments to match the existing surface over and including 10mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for soling (or sub base), 150mm spread thickness with course aggregate of grading 90 to 63 mm broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with power roller 8 to 10 ton and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) in two layers each of 75mm thick with coarse aggregates of grading 2(63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) using granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 10 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 6% binder content (paving bitumen VG 30 grade) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient all as specified and directed.

M & L for continuous precast PCC block edging of size 300 x 200 x 100 mm with PCC (1:3:6:) type C1 laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glass beads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing all dirt dust complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix delineators made of acrylic material fitted with high intensity reflex reflector in white/yellow colour and back holding plate is made of metal/FRB alongwith pole mounted brackets and powder coated CRCA pole 65 mm dia 120 cm high above ground firmly fixed to the ground by mean of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation/filling (Size 30cmx30cmx30cm) including necessary excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) brick/concrete surface of walls finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping over steps, dwarf wall, benching/haunching for hume pipe, kerbs, throating , bed plates, and similar works etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing machine pressed pre-polished precast concrete interlocking paver block with pigments, any shape and size confirming to confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as mass concrete for wall, retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to fair finished surface of faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, working table and including exposed edge rounded off and also providing 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1 : 4), including pointing in white cement (1 : 2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal gate valve screwed down high pressure with handle iron wheel (ISI marked) of bore size 50 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying GI tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed to wall of bore size 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing pipe line (100-150mm) bore and making connection new pipeline as required including all fittings & fixture complete all as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in Mass concrete or foundation of pole / strut etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over, under ground UG cable laid in trenches and gently punning for cushioning to cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I of flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete in trenches all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 40 mm bore GI tubing “light grade” in trenches/ on pole for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable of size 16 sqmm and 2 core (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. including cable glands & lugs complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ( 9 Mtr long) as per IS -2713 specification including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including making of alternate yellow and black strips 30 cm height ( total 5 Nos) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 32 mm dia GI tubing light grade bracket over all 1.2 mtr length with cutting as required and bend to shape with flat iron clamp of size 32x6 mm 2 Nos, suitable nut bolts and washers complete for fixing street light on electric poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC cable Junction Box IP66 "halogen free and weather proof" for out door installation size 205 x 255 x 112 mm suitable for street light incoming and outgoing cables up to 10 to 25 sqmm 4 core (with terminal) & MCB SP 6 Amp, including nuts, bolts, cable glands & MS clamps fixed to pole all as directed. Supply & fixing PVC insulated cable with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core flat connected with street light fittings to junction box or to the ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and install lithium based Energy efficient integrated Solar Street light 16/18 Watt including MS pole (Outer Dia 60 mm) 6m high (above ground) duly painted with two coats of white alumnium paint alongwith one coat of primer including single body encases Solar PV panel mono-crystalline capacity >35W, Lithium based battery 11.1/12, 8V, >14.0 AH with inbuilt BMS, High brightness W-LED (>120 lm/watt) lamp with reflector, CRI >70, colour temperature 6500K, micro controller based charge controller cum driver, automatic dimming function with PIR motion sensor. Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate), as in surface channels and drains, walls or retaining wall any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B - 1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping incl necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces and finishing even & smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 ,using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation of drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick/concrete surface of walls in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement in top 5mm thick layer, finished fair and even surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked).

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying thin layer(minimum 1.5 mm) of white cement based wall care putty including preparation and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint ( 1st quality of approved make) over a coat primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L of reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.
