SPECIAL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF AVIATION LIGHT INCLUDING WIRING AND BLDG EARTHING AT RS COLABA AREA UNDER GE (NW) NAVY NAGAR, COLABA, MUMBAI

Taking down old unserviceable aviation light fittings from roof surface of G+14/G+6 buildings and Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of Twin LED Aviation Light (2×6 Watt), 230V AC, 50 Hz comprising pressure die cast aluminium housing with UV stabilized polycarbonate diffuser, enclosed with toughened glass cover, minimum 100 lumens/Watt efficacy, IP-65 protection, minimum 5 kV surge protection device, complete with hot dip galvanized GI mounting bracket, GI pipe (medium) support (minimum 1.5 m long, 2" dia), weatherproof junction box, saddles, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and all fixing accessories including necessary wiring connections, making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated copper conductor, PVC sheathed cable, 1.5 sq.mm, 3 core nominal cross-sectional area, complete in service connections, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable conventional earthing complete & provide Material and labour for installation of maintenance-free, environment-friendly chemical earthing electrode set comprising one 17.2 mm dia, 3.0 m long low carbon steel rod, UL listed, molecularly copper bonded with minimum copper coating thickness of 254 microns, complete with SS/Brass clamps, highly conductive NABL & IEC 62561-7 tested advanced earthing compound packed in eco-friendly HDPE laminated paper bags (25 Kg x 2 bags), and RCC/concrete earth pit inspection chamber of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 192 mm having load bearing capacity of 5000 Kg. The electrode shall be installed complete with excavation, dismantling/removal of existing unserviceable earthing system, necessary connections, reinstatement of disturbed surfaces and testing on completion. Earth resistance after installation shall not exceed 1 ohm. Work shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and taking out old unserviceable earthings.

Taking down old/unserviceable test link box and Supply & Fixing weatherproof IP-65 Test Link Box suitable for chemical earthing complete with brass terminals, tinned copper links, nuts, bolts, washers and all fixing accessories, making necessary connections with earth conductor, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of single core PVC insulated and PVC Innersheathed cable with aluminium conductor cable size 1x50 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing medium mechanical stress rigid PVC conduit of 25 mm dia complete with bends, couplers, inspection boxes, junction boxes, saddles, clamps and all necessary accessories for protection of cable, including making suitable holes/openings wherever required, making good disturbed surfaces, drawing of cable through conduit wherever required, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
