Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per MORTH Specification 1500. Providing Granolithic floor finish of the 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Plastering with cement mortal 1:5 mix using 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per stand specification.

Dadooing the walls with best approved quality colour glazed tiles of size 100 x 200 x 6mm set in CM 1:2 (One of cement and two of sand) 10mm thick and pointing with colour cement using 0.4kg per m2 neatly in all floors as directed etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

SFloor finishing with Ceramic tilles of size 30cm x 30cm x 6mm over the base plastering cement mortar 1:3 mix, 20mm thick pointing with using white cement 4kg/10sq.mt. inculing cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges. Etc. Complete

Supply and fixing in position 22" Indian type Colour water closet with foot reset includes "P" (or) "S" trap including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., to complete as per std.,specifications.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside.Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.(SOR Item no.264,P.No.65)
