Dismantling of asbestos cement (plain ,corrugated, semi corrugated etc) / Fibre / Mild steel sheets in roof coverings including ridges/ valley gutters, drip or similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering or fixed to wall with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F plain,mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated / plain sheeting with two corrugations side lap in corrugated sheet or 100 mm lap in plain sheet fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down & refixing in same opening of door Chowkhats or frames( including shutter) not exc 1.5 sqm each etc all as specified and directed

S&F for windows & ventilators fabricated from Rolled Formed GI Section made of Galvanised steel colour coated (PPGI Sheets) (Base steel as per IS 513 ‘’D’’ quality. Galvanised as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 gsm/Sqm. PAINT: Pre-Painted sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder up to 50-60 microns thick.GI Section of 0.58mm thick in Double rebate windows in which both glazed shutter and fly mesh shutter, 74 X 60mm outer frame , Mullion 72 x 49mm, Glazed shutter 48 x 22mm, Fly mesh 41 x 22mm, Beading with round ends for Glass Fixing 12 x 12mm in fixed portion and the outer frame and mullions to have rebate for glazed/gauzed shutters the sections cut to length metre joined with corner PVC brackets centre mullion fixed with PVC Mullion caps . Glass of 4mm thick plain float glass fitted with Ethylene Propylene Damien Monomer in glazed shutter and wire mesh of Stainless steel of 36 gauge to fix mesh in mesh shutter using VC Black Gypsum Drywall screws and Spoon profile of 0.58mm GI Sheet. Corners of the windows should be joined with corner brackets made of PVC with crca of zinc phosphate coat. Each glazed shutter and fly mesh shutter shall be provided with SS Pivot Hinges 2 in each PVC handle 1 in each and Powder coated Peg stay in Glass shutter. Window shall be provided with two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of primer, MS Grill/Guard Bars made of 10mm MS Sq Bar welded to 6 x 12mm MS Flat with countersunk holes at both vertical ends. Gap between the bars should not be more than 150mm. Window frames shall be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self expansion caps & 75/100 mm MS screws after drilling in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: MS grill, wire mesh and sheet glass shall be measured & paid separtely under respective items..
