A-Electrical Arrangements (Note: Unit rates are inclusive of all taxes)
Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of mini 12 Mtrs high mast system complete with all connected accessories. The mast shall be single section, hot dip galvanized, head frame, 2 point stainless steel wire rope 5 mm dia 7/19 construction, double drum 1 winch, galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 6 luminaries symmetrically with its control gear boxes, lightning and with all connected materials. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. This includes wiring with 5 core 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper cable, except those mentioned as separate item, as per the direction of engineer at site.
Designing & casting M- 30 cement concrete foundation suitable for 12/16 m high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as per requirement at 3 meter depth including excavation foundation nut bolts etc. in an approved manner.
Supply & erection of fencing panels at high mast structures locations with size 2m height including all connected accessories as per the directions of the engineer at site.
Supplying and erecting Outdoor Stand Mounted Feeder Pillar for high mast of same manufacturer with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer switch 25 A TP contactor for automatic 4 switching of luminaries, 2 no 9A contactors and raise/lower push button, and provision for termination of Incoming minimum 35 sq. mm and outgoing minimum 16 & 25 sq. mm cables complete erected in min. 14 gauge CRCA sheet box with supporting angles, self lock, gasket and slanting top erected on CC foundation in an approved manner.
Supply, fixing, connecting and commissioning of 200 watt LED based flood light luminary with cool white light, pressure die cast aluminum housing, IP 65 or better having system complete as per specification.
Supply of 4core 16 mm² LT XLPE UG aluminium Cable, 1100 Volts as per IS:7098/Pt.I/1988 or latest.
Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of LT PVC/XLPE cable of size 4 core 16 Sq.mm as per the direction of Engineer at site

Supply and fixing of G.I. wire earth continuity of 8 SWG G.I. wire
Making of 8" bore and HDPE duct installation by HDD method as per the directions. All the joints of casing pipes should be tight and leak proof by HDD method as per the directions of engineer at site.
Excavation of cable trench 30 cm widex90cm deep in all types of soils for LTUG cable as per the directions of engineer at site.
Cutting of asphalted road/ concrete/ cement/ under the track etc., and excavation of 17 cable trench 30 cm widex90cm deep road etc., for laying of LTUG cable. After laying of cable the trench should be brought to its original position by providing tar/ concrete/ cement as per the site conditions and as per directions of Rly. Engineer.

Supply & erection of 5m long hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with 130mm bottom A/F and 70mm top A/F, made up of 3mm thick HT Sheet & Bakelite sheet & suitable MCB including 22 suitable size of loop-in & loop-out connectors (for mounting inside the base compartment of pole with hinged door opening arrangements), with base plate of size 200x200x12mm, M16X 600 long 'J' type EN8 grade foundation bolts, with 1000mm double arm bracket for fixing of LED light with all connected accessories, etc.

Design, supply, installation & commissioning of microprocessor type PLC based with single VFD for pump automatic Smart control panel SCADA enabled suitable for operation of 40 HP Booster system. The control panel will have protection like- over/under voltage, dry run protection, over/under current, phase reversal protection, single phasing protection and panel made up of 31 minimum 2mm thick steel sheet outdoor type. The control panel should be having remote monitoring/control system for operation and observation both through GSM/WIFI based communication. The control panel should be programmed in such a manner so that the VFD can operate upto 110% of total load condition if at any point of time on a multiple pressure variation water flow required. The control panel shall have cascade bypass operation due to failure of drive the pump will operate on direct mode. HMI touch screen display will be on the control panel body for operation. All MCCBs will be microprocessor based, as per the direction of Engineer at site.
Design, fabrication, fixing, connecting and commissioning of outdoor type cable 32 termination box of 2'x2'x1' size with 2mm thick sheet duly providing of clamps to fix with pole and have proper locking arrangements including suitable stand etc., as per the site requirement. This item also includes termination of existing cable to the termination box with copper bus bar of size 75x5mm & 63A 4P MCB as per the directions of the engineer at site.
Supply, fixing, connecting, testing & commissioning of Power Analyzer for monitoring 33 frequency, voltage parameters of 3 phase 433V A/C local supply with output devise and that of DG set with other connected accessories etc., as per the instructions of Engineer in-charge. Note: approval of competent authority is to be obtained before the supply of material.
Supply of earth pit materials and construction of earth pit as per IS 3043:1987 specification. This item also includes of supply and erection of CI pipe of size of 100mm inner diameter, 13mm thickness and 3000mm length. This work also includes of fabrication and fixing of GI strips for earthing connection. Excavated earth pit should be filled by mixture of coke/charcoal, salt and sand up to top. Provision of brick masonry chamber of size 650mmx650mm and depth upto 34 1000mm including light type CI cover frame and applying 12mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 inside and to all the exposed faces up to 300mm below. Foundation level, curing etc., All required materials for this job such as CI pipe cover with frame, salt, cement sand, charcoal gravel, bricks etc. required bolts, nuts and double washers, number plates or painted plates. Tentative quantity of salt and charcoal shall be of 2.5CMt. The CI pipe should be painted with 2 coats of bitumen paint as per the directions of Rly engineer at site. Note: The work should be strictly done as per IS 3043:1987 specification or latest.

Transportation/shifting including loading & unloading from existing location to new 42 location of 9 no. of 12Mtr high mast including winch, LED fittings, panel boards, etc. from ALPR to Chowdarpalli between MBNR-MQNR section (100 to 150Km approximately) as per the direction of Engineer at site and if any changes the location as directed by the Engineer at site.
