M & L for preparing old distempered surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of any colour all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall, chajjas & cantilever portion and making good the undulated surfaces of wall, chajjas and cantilever portion by filling of putty including rubbing, scraping & grinding make the wall surface smooth & applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100% acrylic) of asian paint over a coat of primer on prepared external surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width/girth etc on column/pillars , RCC chajja and facia approved colour all as specified.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces / ceiling, racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and including applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and over wall care putty (1 mm thick) to obtain smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.
