Schedule 'A' Section - I

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone wal built in lime mortars or wall of lime concrete, superficial area n exc 150 qs cm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1,complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately),complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised mild Steel water tubes,15 mm bore with all fittings, 'medium grade', ISI marked, galvanised, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised mild Steel water tubes, 20 mm bore with all fittings, 'medium grade', ISI marked, galvanised, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repair etc complete all as specified.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in cills,steps, plinth course,string course,lacing courses,copings,kneelers,apex stones,bed plates,kerbs ,water troughs and the like including necessary form work, weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating directed,complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work as in staging for water storage tank conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 as diredcted by Engineer-in-Charge,complete all as specified.

M&L for welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4 kg per sqm fixed to steel or wood members complete all as specified.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into pikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,complete all as specified.

S&F 125 mm size Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed,complete all as specified.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth,complete all as specified.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to the store capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 500 Litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S&F for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similarsmall articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165.etc complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 9,800.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
