Dismantling plain/corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness including eves gutter / rain water pipe complete & removal all as specified

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick and pitch length 75 mm c/c of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, tips, valley, gutters, length & girth as fixed with nail or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' or 'J' bolts in roofs, 0.63 mm thick (275 gms/sqm zinc coating) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the MOD premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour of machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as riser of step, skirting, dado etcover cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of slab iuncl rubbing and polishing over 10mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour of machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of slab iuncl rubbing and polishing over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal outside of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with water proofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately

Material and labour for Preparation of new surface and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of primer over a coat of 1.5 mm thick cement base wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats/frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) etc. exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and comercial plywood face panels with one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match all complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section size 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation new surface and one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular ) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc. 0.36 sqm , in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match shade of tiles and laid over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Glazed ceramic tiles 450x300/350x250 x7 mm(Coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over 10mm thick screed bed vertical layer in CM (1:4)all as specified and as directed.

Supply , Fixing of LED street light fitting ( Building Security light) of 30Watt with LED lamp’s & driver and made of pressure die-cast aluminum housing, IP 65/IP 66 road way luminaries with UV stabilized polycarbonate cover or toughen glass cover & high power LED’s as light source with 110 Lumen per watt and electronic driver with efficiency > 85% . The light fitting shall be fixed on wall/pole with and including 25 mm dia( or higher size as per manufacturers recommendation) light grade GI pipe (bend to shape or as per manufacturers recommendation ) bracket 1.5 mtr long complete with MS flat iron clamp (clamps shall be 40 x 5 mm MS flat) nuts, bolts & washers including painting the clamps with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including taking up old light fitting complete all as specified and as directed Make:- Model No- LSTM-30-CDL M of Crompton Greave or equivalent model of make list as given in PS as approved by GE. Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure for MCBs to be used singal pole & nutral double door 8 Way 200 Amps rated busbar and including fixed with 25mm x 6 mm mild steel clamp of suitable length and including taking out old DB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB SP of rating 6 to 32 Amps 240 V complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB DP 40 to 63 amps 415 volts 10KA breaking capacity.

Supply and fixing of sub main wiring with two single core 6.0sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH, multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked in PVC conduit and accessories accessories including one single core 6.0sqmm copper conductor cable FRLSH as earth wire and including taking out old sub-main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) All runs of copper conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one run length.

Earthing as in repair complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connetced with earthing wire 4.0mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I complete including testing on completion. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and not e. 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, laying under ground cables, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Material & Labour of sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measure after punning down.

Supplying and laying of brick for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and repair of Galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with fittings and MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc of 40 mm dia bore for cable protection on pole, road crossing or ground in pillars for fixing gate light etc complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying, jointing with aluminium lugs and testing XLPE screened, PVC bedded, galivanised steel strip or wire aroured, electric power cables (heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 2.0 core complete all as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
