Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Annual Turn over certificate along with UDIN obtained from chartered Accountant (Year wise value of civil Engineering works executed & payments received in last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26)

The tenderer shall scan & upload all the original documents required for this bid to the KPPP portal.The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Bid for physical verification

If the Office happens to be closed on the dates, notified next working day will holds good.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

The Tenderer should maintain the scheme during the defective liability period.

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal.

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 - Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2: Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), will only be considered for evaluation.

Department will not supply any materials

The KPWd code,KTTP Act/Rules,Delegation of powers and other government orders issued by the government from time to time will apply

The tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority not below the rank of executive engineer(District level officer) and scan the original certificates and attach the scanned file to the tender.The original certificate shall be produced at time of opening technical bid for the physical verification

Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, Operation & Maintenance for at least one year, at least one Rural MVS or for at least one year, at least one urban surface water supply scheme of value not less than Rs.110.89Lakhs with capacity of water demand of minimum 1.025MLD (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract value for which tender is invited.) Values of both shall be exclusive of energy charges.

Pertaining to electrical works in this schemes,it is the responsibility of contractor to procure materials at the workspot including transportation loading and unloading chargers. Also it is responsibility of the contractor for getting electrical works inspected by electrical authorities getting drawing and design approved from them,getting RR number and necessary fees as to be paid to the contractor afterwards original bill of fees paid shall be sent to division office through subdivision for reimbursement

Amount put to tender includes cost of cement,steel and other materials and labour charges.The rates quoted must also be inclusive of excise duty,Royalty,octroi etc No extra payment on this accuont will be entertained

All the items in the tender are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, all lead, lift, loading, unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, curing for concrete works.

In case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement/commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement Portal.The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for thouse costs.

It is to be noted that any false documentation is found to be uploaded, the action may attract punitive measures such as blacklisting, cancellation of registration etc.

Work will be carryout as per Terms of Reference (TOR)

The contractor should submit quality control reports, log book, other registration copies and photos along with the bill otherwise bills will not be accepted as per terms of reference

After opening of Technical bid, eligible bidders work done will be sent to work done verification to concerned authority, more than 5 days for confirmation delay of work done will be rejected.

Any working staff in this O&M work should be paid minimum labour wages as per act as directed under Government order..

All the scanned documents pertaining to bidder to be uploaded shall be in original and same originals should be produced to the Executive Engineer (at the time of Technical Bid Opening) who reserves right to verify the original documents before approval

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with Clause 25.5 of ITT and Clause 44 of the Conditions of Contract.

GST will be paid separately.

Vehicle requirements and staff requirements should be according to the Sanctioned Estimate

Unconditional Liquid Assets/Bank Line of Credit from any Nationalized/Scheduled bank, in prescribed formate only, as per government circular order date:-22.08.2022

The physical original Less DD submitted to the tendering authority before the scheduled bid opening time must match the online scanned copy exactly.

The tenderers must submit the scanned documents in pdf / jpeg form, not in other form.

The contractor should follow terms and conditions as specified in standard bid document KW 1, 2, 3 or 4 whichever may be applicable

The successful bidders should deploy the employees as per the tender bid document at the time of O&M period

The successful bidder should maintain the stock of alum during o&m period

The successful bidder must keep the WTP premises in clean condition.

The tender agency shall deploy staffing pattern as per BOQ and staff should thoroughly trained about O&M aspects of each and every component of the scheme. All kinds of Logbooks, staff attendance register, water testing reports and register showing village wise quantity of water supply should be properly maintained

The bidder shall quote for the 5 year O and M cost against the total estimate cost of rupees Rs. 20893601.46 The year wise breakup amount shall be calculated as per percentage given below 1)18.09%, 2)19.00%, 3)19.96%, 4)20.96% and 5)21.99%
