M&L for collecting the sample of Transformer Oil from 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Transformer and carrying out the Acidity Test according to relevant IS Standard through Approved/Authorised Laboratory and submitting test result to the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling /topping up of transformer oil low viscosity type conforming to IS 335 with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the conservator tank / body tank of the transformer including maintaining and sumitting the test results to Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) New Transformer oil will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and de-hydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer dehydration shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container /barrel with relevant test certificate.

Labour & Plant/Machinery for online dehydration of Transformer Oil of 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Transformers. Desired di-electric strength of transformer oil must not be less than 60 KV including maintain and submit the test results of each transformer before and after the dehydration of transformer oil to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing surface of 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV transformers by scrapping down peeled off old paint, grease, oil & cleaning etc and applying one coat of smoke gray paint by spray to complete external body of the transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L to arrest the leakage of transformer oil from LT/HT side bushing, drain valve, conservator tank etc of 1500 KVA, Outdoor Type, 11/0.433 KV, Oil Cooled type Transformer by disconnection of its HT / LT Bus Bar /Cable connection, opening of doors, change of gaskets, nut-bolts and washers etc and rectifying the oil leakages issues and cleaning through dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightness after cleaning upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge through authorised dealer / service engineer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Shutdown Must be Taken properly and all safety precautions must be adhered for humen safety during entire Job. Make of Transformer : CGL

Preventive maintenance and servicing of 11 KV HT VCB, MDO Type, Rated Current 1250A, 50 Hz, Indoor type by taking out the breaker trolley of 11 KV HT VCB, cleaning from inside and outside by using CRC-26 spray and applying petrolium jelly to the all moveable parts, Male /female bushing/ terminals/ Spouts of VCB. Complete servicing of switchgear including checking the fixed / moving contacts of all the 3 phases adjusting electrical/ electronic/mechanical components all as per manufacturer's instruction manual and standard practice including testing, rectifying the fault and calibration of relay of any type/make (e.g. Earth Fault relay / Over current relay/ Master Trip relay etc) of 11 KV VCB Panel. The fault level setting of these relays shall be as per the BSES Pvt Ltd Norms so that individual breaker will activate / trip to arrest the fault in local circuit and fault will not travel to main breakers at BSES Power Feeder. This Job must be carried out through authorised dealer / service engineer including maintain and submit the test report to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Make of VCB : CG as OEM Note :- Major Spares used during servicing will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for demolition of un-reinforced PCC, floors etc in any position and any description including removal of demolished material atleast 1 Km away from site at Garwage dumping area outside the main gate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) for foundation of Pole, Stay Assembly, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for tree branch cutting of high rise trees, overhanging/interferences to the 1500 KVA Transformer /Cooling Tower etc (size of tree branch approx 50 mm to 80 mm dia and 3 to 5 mtr long) without damages to the electrical equipment/machinery including thrown away the same alteast 1 Km away from the Sub Stn Yard at Garwage dumping area outside the main gate complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Suitable arrangement i.e ladder, scafolding or any other working plateform required for climbing on high rise trees for carryout said work is the responsibility of vendor/contractor and the rates are deemed to be included in this quoted rate.

M&L in replacement nuts, bolts and washers made up of GI or Cadmium plated, high tensile as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Fault finding/tracing of 11 KV HT UG XLPE(E) Cable of size 3 Core 120 to 185 Sqmm from one End termination to another End termination and identifying the fault location complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Disconnection of cable from both side of Transformer/VCB/HT Meter etc and reconnection the same cable after tracing fault/jointing work according to existing system or as directed at site is the responsibility of contactor and cost of the same included in this job. (ii) Job will be measured and paid after fault detection/tracing only.

Complete servicing of switchgear including checking the fixed / moving contacts of all the 3 phases & Neutral, adjusting electrical/ electronic/mechanical components all as per manufacturer's instruction manual and standard practice including testing, rectifying the fault and calibration of relay of LT ACB. S & F Wire mesh Cable Tray Hot Dipped Galvanized size 105 (h) X 600 (w) mm, Trays should comply Standard EN ISO 14 61: at least 550 h of SST. The deflection of cable tray must be not more than 1/200th of the distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the atandard IEC 61537, Wire cable trays must be designed with an optimum span of 1.5 m, taking into account the maximum carrying capacity authorised by the manufacturer including all standard wall mounting accessories e.g. Mounting Bracket (Horizontal & Vertical Both), bends, Fastners, kitastar, nut, bolts and washers etc at suitable intervals complete all as specified and directed. Preventive Maintenance and Checkup of Bus Bar Risers at 'E' 'D' & 'F' Block Electrical Switch Rooms by checking loose connection, earth leakage, Votage, nut bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge through authorised Dealer /Service Engineer and submit the test result. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 11 KV HT Insulation tape roll of size 38 mm width and 9.15 Mtr Long for day to day use during complaints.

Preventive Maintenance and Servicing of Servo Voltage Stabilizer, Oil Cooled & Indoor type of Capacity 100 KVA, 3-phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC Supply by disconnecting carefully its electric cable connection on primary & secondary side, Checking both side bushing, bus bar connections, opening top cover of the Voltage Stabilizer by unscrewing its nuts, bolts, washers etc, rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any, during servicing and re-fixing the top cover of transformer according to previous system. Servicing of the Servo Voltage Stabilizer must be done through authorised dealer / service engineer including maintain and submit the inspection and test records of each Servo Voltage Stabilizer to the Engr-in-Charge. Make of Stabilizer : Chime Electronics (Sinetrac) Note 1. :- Inspection of Servo Voltage Stabilizer shall comrpising :- (a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc. (b) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints etc. (c) Checking all terminations / connections inside Voltage Stabilizer. Supply and filling /topping up of voltage stabilizer oil with di-electric strength not less than 50 KV in to the body tank of the voltage stabilizer installed in Machine Room at 11th Floor of MBC Bldg including maintain & submit the test result complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) New Stabilizer oil will be filled in the Voltage Stabilizer only after filteration and de-hydration of existing oil of the Voltage Stabilizer, filteration/dehydration shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Voltage Stabilizer oil shall be supplied in sealed container /barrel with test result and test certificate etc.

M & L in replacement of complete Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level in any type of soil strata, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 1991 Part – I connected to machinery/equipment for transformer, LT Panel, Feeder Pillars, Sub Feeder Pillars etc. as required including necessary excavation and earth work including Pit Cover with lifting handle and Earth lead and 20mm Dia GI watering pipe medium grade, Funnel, wiremesh, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of GI Earth Strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earth electrode for interconnection the various Eqpts / Machinery/Panel etc with earthing electrode including fixing on any type of wall with suitable size of GI Saddle /clamps, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dehydration/filteration of voltage stabilizer oil at site by taking proper shutdown of various capacity of Voltages Stabilizers installed in Machine Room at 11th Floor of MBC Bldg, desired di-electric strength of oil not less then 50 KV complete all as directed and specified and also submit the test result before and after the de-hydration of the stabilizer oil.

Preventive Maintenance & repair of Battery Bank Panel, Batteries, Fuse & Control wiring, suitable /Compatible to existing 11 KV HT VCB Main Panel complete all as specified and direcetd. Note : Cost of transportation from work site to Civil workshop and vice-versa deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S & F in replacement of PVC insulated 50 Sqmm FRLS single core bright annealed bare copper conductor heavy duty multistranded cable 1100 Volts grade with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing surface of Voltage stabilizer of 100 KVA, Oil Cooled type by srapping down /peeled off old paint, loose scale grease, Lubricants etc by abrasive paper and applying one coat of smoke gray paint by spray complete all as specified and as directed.

Preventive Maintenance and Servicing of On Line UPS of 60 KVA Capacity, 3-phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz by disconnecting carefully its electric cable connection from In/Out side, Checking, opening top cover of the On Line UPS by unscrewing its nuts, bolts, washers etc, rectify the fault if noticed any, during servicing and re-fixing the top cover of UPS according to previous system including testing of 12V, 120 Ah maintemance free batteries after applying full load and duration of bakeup. Servicing of the 60 KVA On Line UPS must be done through authorised dealer / service engineer including maintain and submit the inspection and test records complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Vertiv Note 1. :- Inspection of On Line UPS shall be comrpising :- (a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc. (b) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints etc. (c) Checking all terminations / connections inside UPS. (d) Conducting the test as per relavent mfg Instr manual in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note 2. : (a) Major Spares found faulty during service, will be replaced and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (b) The rates quoted against the item is deemed to be included for cost of Labour for replacement of Faulty spare parts & lifting/transporting to civil workshop and vice-versa from ESR, 1st Floor of MBC Bldg by using stairs manually/mechanically, if required as per site requirement without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and fixing in repair of Digital Display Screen of 60 KVA On Line UPS of Vertiv Make by OEM or authorised service dealer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of transportation from work site to Civil workshop and vice-versa deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Attending breakdown /inspection of 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, Step down, Oil Cooled type Transformer by authorised dealer / service engineer and rectify the any type of fault and replace any spares related to breakdown complete all as specified and as directed.. Make of Transformer : CG Ltd
