Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipe, cable, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Material and labour for, sub class 'B' brick, well burnt, old size, flat, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, post top lantern, LED 40 watt aluminium powder coated housing , IP 65 protection and lumen efficacy of 80 lm/ W. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection , THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K all as per Cat No.ETPP SLE PT 40W Surya or of make Crompton/ Bajaj as approved and brand name should be embossed/ engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty shall be 2 years and certificate shall be be provided by the contractor on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, loop in loop out junction box of size 300 x 200 x 110 mm made out of 1.6mm thick SMC sheet weather proof dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangements with slanting cover on top and provision of 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 20 x 5 mm fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity 10 Amps, complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamp nut, bolt and washers etc.and directed. Make : Sintex/ Macedon/ HENSEL as approved

Material and labour for, 25mm dia HDPE pipe of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 for passing of cable through PCC foundation from trench to cable junction box and also for protection of security light cable from junction box to light fitting with necessary clamp nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 90-95 Watt, system efficiency not less than 100 lumen/ watts, IP65 protection, consisting of high/ low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated electronic driver circuits, low THD, PMMA grade high quality transmittance lens, epoxy powder coated die cast aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp and driver compartment, heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws all as per Cat No.SLE UL 90W IP66 ALPHA Plus NEO of Surya or of make Philips/ Wipro as approved, fixed on existing bracket and connecting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, ISI marked cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core including with suitable size of aluminium lugs, in trenches/ pipes/ along wall/ roof/ across drain/ culvert, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix for, weather proof, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed unarmoured flexible cable, with multistranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm, 2 core, fixed from junction box to high mast light fittings including taking down old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 45 watts, system efficiency not less than 100 lumen/ watt, IP65 protection, consisting of high/ low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated electronic driver circuits, low THD, PMMA grade high quality transmittance lens, epoxy powder coated die cast aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp and driver compartment, heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws all as per Cat No.SLE UL 45W IP66 NGN of Surya or of make Philips/ Wipro as approved, fixed on existing bracket and connecting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 30 watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection all as per Cat No. SLE UL 30W IP66 NGN of Surya or of make Philips/ Wipro as approved, complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of LED street light fittings of 72 watts made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass cover, IP66 protection, high power LEDs with secondary lenses and system efficacy should be minimum 110 lumen per watt and LM79 report shall be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection and external 10KV surge protection inside luminaire housing for trouble free service life. THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K all as per Cat No.SLE UL 72W IP66 NGN of Surya or of make Havells/ Philips/ Wipro as approved, brand name should be embossed/ engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 2 years and certificate shall be provided by contractor on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for,10 watts cool day light white LED bollard light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with inverted pyramid tripod type diffuser with 360 degree soft light distribution, IP65 protection, high power LEDs and system efficacy should be greater than 100 lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection. THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K all as per Cat No.BLK SLE BL 10W 1000 of Surya or of make Havells/ Philips/ Wipro as approved. Warranty should be 2 years and certificate shall be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, 50W LED flood light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass cover, IP66 protection, high power LEDs and system efficacy should be greater than 110 lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection. THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K all as per Cat No.SLE FL 50W IP66 LMS NEO-N of Surya or make Crompton/ Havells/ Phillips/ Wipro as approved, brand name should be embossed/ engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. 2 years warranty certificate shall be provided by the contractor on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, PVC insulated multicore FR PVC sheathed 1.5 sqmm 3 core multi strand copper conductor for connection of security light from junction box to security light, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, painting of LT electric pole, steel tubular swaged pole (9.0 m long) of any size, any pattern with one coat of aluminium paint in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (1.0 m height of PCC coping) alternatively including numbering the pole serially, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, painting of LT RCC electric pole (9.0 m long) of any size, any pattern with one coat of weather proof acrylic synthetic paint and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto 1.0 m length from ground) alternatively including numbering the pole serially, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for power contactor 3 pole 65 Amps of make ABB/ Legrand/ L&T as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning for, MCB, 4 pole, 63 Amps current capacity, 415 Volts, 10 KA breaking capacity, C series and complete including taking down old existing unserviceable MCB, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully gear mechanism comprising of gear box, stainless steel rope, Jubli clamp, lever for lifting and lowering for high mast light 15 metre long for 6/9 fittings, complete as per existing and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, 200W LED flood light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with integrated polycarbonate IP lens cover, IP66 protection and system efficacy should be greater than 120 lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection and external 10KV surge protection inside luminaire housing for trouble free service life. THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K all as per Cat No.SLE FL 200W IP66 Radiance/Havells/Bajaj as approved, brand name should be embossed/ engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 02 years and certificate shall be provided by the contractor on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of driver for LED street light fitting 60W, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of driver for LED street light fitting 45W, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of driver for LED flood light fitting 150/200W, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, surge protection device 10 KV for LED flood light and street light fitting of different wattage, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, street light bracket, fabricated out of 40mm bore GI tubing light grade, 1.5m length bend to the shape, mounting with MS clamp of flat iron size 40 x 5mm of suitable length 2 pairs including nut and bolts etc suitable size including taking down old corroded existing, complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of street light timer FM1/ quartz daily 240 VAC base/ DIN mounting analogue type suitable for street light control including taking down old unservible existing, complete all as specified and directed. Make: L & T or as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in repair 1.1 KV straight through heat shrinkable jointing kit 16 to 25 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, 8 KW, 3 Phase nature switch (Using infrared sensor technology) based automatic street light timer switch for automatic switching on/ off street light based on lux level of nature light (required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching off ≥ 10 lux). The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max 12 hrs, consisting of sensor, overload protection fuse gear, 3 Nos contactor, 3 Nos INCOMING MCBs & 3 Nos outgoing MCBs of 32-40 Amps each and circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 Sqmm terminal blocks for cable entry and control unit enclosed in pole/ wall mounted enclosure made out of rust proof , electric shock proof, termite proof thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure (with hinged lid) conforming to IP66 protection fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25mm x 3mm thickness, bolts and nuts as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.
