Applying curing of the surface using low viscosity emulsion which incorporate a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system on the protection screed. It should be non-penetrating continuous film complies with the internationally recognized standards including all tools and tackels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge @4.90- 7.40 Sqm/. Providing and applying the treated surface with a 15-20 mm thick single component,polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar of Make : STP Ltd or Equivalent in M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex, on the entire surface ,the material shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 15 MPa in 1 day and 50 MPa in 28 days. It shall also develop a flexural strength of not less than 7 MPa. It shall not bleed / segregate on adding water and shall provide dual shrinkage compensation i.e – both plastic & hardened.cement and sand can be used for finishing purpose, It shall be capable of being applied in thicknesses of 20 mm without sagging or falling and shall have minimum adhesive bond strength of 2 MPa.All cementitious systems have to be cured for a minimum period of 15 days by water curing. Providing and applying anti-yellowing coating of Make : STP Ltd or Equivalent in M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex, The coating to be applied on wall shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for wall, based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively. It shall have excellent crack bridging ability and shall bridge cracks up to 2 mm width. The elongation at break is approx. 200 %. The tensile strength is 0.72 Mpa. It has a hardness shore ‘A’ scale of 72, with an adhesion strength of 1.5 Mpa. The coating is UV resistant, algae and fungus resistant and a crack bridging ability of 1-2 mm. The coating must be applied with temperature above 5°C and below 45°C. The coating shall be applied in two coats of by roller or brush application at the interval of 4-6 hours.Allow applied coating to dry or cure for 7 days. Applying epoxy bonding agent for proper bonding between old surface with new surface.The bonding agent shall be a two component solvent free epoxy supplied as ready to use at site. The product shall have a minimum pot life of 30 Min at 35°C and an open time of atleast 30 Min @ 30°C up to which new concrete can be poured. It shall develop a minimum compressive strength of 65 N/Sqm and a bond Strength of 3 MPa. (a) A performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.

(b) The unit rate quoted for item 2 to 13 of BOQ is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

(c) The defect liability period for the work shall be 05 (Five) years from the certified date of completion of work.

(d) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material all labors tools and plants scaffolding and working upto approx 7.5 mtr height from natural ground level.

(e) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts. ropes. helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working at height etc. which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 to 25 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.

Dismantling the existing unservicible gully trap including chamber and material and labour for provision of salt glazed stoneware gully tarp, square or round mouth type "P" of size 180X150mm, including setting and jointing in cement mortar 1:1 plain cement concrete base in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 rendering in cement mortar 1:4 all around finished even and fair using extra cement RCC cover slab in RCC type B1, 1:2:4 with 6mm dia reinforcement etc, complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of air/dust blokages in the internal water supply lines concealed or fixed on the wall or floor surfaces by dismatling the fitting such as taps, valves, unions etc to facilitate/stimulate clearance of blockages/airlocks and re fixing the dismantled items after clearance of blockage/airlocks including fiiitngs etc complete all as specified and as directed

Petty repairs to leaking water in pillar tap, stop cock, angle valve, bib taps of any description by changing the washer, head/ phase etc. all as specified and as directed.

Petty repairs/ adjustment to washer/ syphon etc. for low level flushing cistern including replacement of easher, check nuts plunger etc. any type of flushing cicterns, joint between flushing pipe and socket of W.C pan, pre-made and making functional all as directed.

Stainless steel sink in repair 1.00mm thick for kitchen or laboratory with plug washers waste pipe including fixing cantilever brackets connection union to pipe etc, overall size 495mmx420mm with bowl size 410mmx 330mmx160mm excluding waste coupling waste pipe complete all as specified and directed. Joint free Non Skid Ceramic Tiles 7 to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] Coloured, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer ,15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 including taking down existing tile and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. Hard core of broken/crushed stone aggregate of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including M sand cushion of 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Unit rate quoted is included for Demolition of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing roof sheet complete all as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing roof sheetas specified

Note for Pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensured that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

(iv) The contractor shall produce purchase vouchers for each lot for verification of Engineer-in-Charge.

Angular stop cock, valves high pressure screwed both ends iron pipe or for unioins 5mm dia, CAT Part No G3007A1 of Parryware or equivalent to Hindware/Cera including taking existing one complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Wall/ceiling cladding with 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (colour as approved by GE) fixed with aluminium snap grid of size 60 cm x 60 cm using extruded aluminium section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixed with cleats,fasteners etc , gap will be sealed with silicon sealant appropriate grade complete all as specified and as directed

Note :- a) Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite panel cladding including framing as per the elevation, section and the plan drawings provided, fabricated out of heavy duty Aluminium extruded profiles conforming to alloy 643900 WP with chemical composition and mechanical properties as per IS-733 and as per specifications.

b) The contractor must design the cladding as per the prevalent site conditions and building elevations profiles. No extra claims shall be entertained at any stage for aluminium profile/ wall thickness and size dimensions. The Contractor must quote rates accordingly.

c) The anchoring / bracing of the wall cladding to the RCC beams/ columns shall be done with non-corrosive galvanized brackets of approved design, (Galvanizing to be done conforming to IS 4759-1996 up to 610 gms. Per Sq. M. (80- 90 micron thickness).

d) The framework shall be aligned for the entire height of each Mullion and of the entire width of each Transform by laser beam equipment to ensure 100 percent „X‟ axis and „Y‟ axis alignment.

e) The system should also provide for pressure equalization. The details for pressure equalization to be submitted by the contractor and got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

f) EPDM Gaskets of suitable profiles (to accommodate shall be provided including the labour element for fixing in appropriate locations is to be included in the rate).

g) The Periphery of the framework shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the cladding watertight.

h) Cost of Aluminium composite panel consisting of a core of polyethylene sandwiched between two aluminium skins of 0.5mm thickness with a mild edge. 4 mm total thickness with surface finish of PVDF coating as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, as shown in the elevation, plan and cross section drawings along with labour element for cutting stacking, carrying to heights and fixing to appropriate locations is included in the rates.

j) All the vertical and horizontal section grooves are to be sealed non staining silicon sealant of make as specified in the list of approved make to make the entire system synchronies with the basic structural glazing/curtain wall structure and also make the system air tight and watertight. The fixing details should be got approved by the Engineer- in-charge. The peel off foil should be removed at the time of handing over as may be required by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) ACP shall be as approved with high fiber filled sandwiched panel 4mm install on Aluminium framing and Galvanised brackets. Aluminium cladding panel to be PVDF fluorocarbon coated factory applied colours. Reverse side to be in mill finish. All the joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant of approved make. The colour of sealant to be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

ii) A sample of panels and installation methods to be submitted to the Engineer in-Charge for approval.

Factory made UPVC sliding mosquito sash shutter made of UPVC profile section of size 40 x 22 (73 Series) along with Stainless Steel wire mess of nominal dia not less than 0.2mm and fixed with suitable upvc bead for meshing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved/raised nib finish so make the finished product free from all sharp edges & burrs. All the corner joints of the frame and sash shall be mitered cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joining. System shall have adequate drainage mechanism to permit the escape of water from horizontal member beneath each sealed unit. System is to be provided with proper operating & locking hardware mechanism, window locking system will be either both side push lock system or semi circle locking system in centre. Complete wire mesh shutter shall be fixed in to the existing UPVC window track including taking down existing one complete all as specified. Note :- The contractor will have to submit 5 years warranty certificate for upvc profile and 1 year warranty certificate for hardwares.

Petty repairs to leaking water in pillar tap, stop cock, angle valve, bib taps of any description by changing the jumper ball, tap knob etc. all as specified and as directed.
