Supply and installtion, commissioning and testing of Voltage stabilizer 30 KVA capacity for autometic operation servo controlled, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 260 V to 480 V suitable for unbalaced voltage in each phase with output voltage stabilized at 415 Volt with accuracy ± 1% in each phase and speed of correction 8 Volts per second with first filling of transformer having dieelectrectric stranght not less than 30 KV as per IS-335, complete with 0-500 volts range voltmeter and arrangement to check input voltage and outpt voltage, RYV indicator lamp, high and low voltage protection, single phase protection, servo bypass switch, overload and short circuit trip facility, reverse phase protection, surge suppressor protection alongwith foundation as per manufacturer recomendation, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead GI earth strip of size 32 x 6mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles/wall or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Aluminium conductor of 70Sqmm size, 3.5 core in floor/wall/trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted by contractor deemed to include for provision of cable gland & Aluminium lugs suitable size for terminating the cable end termination at both ends.

M&L Boring of holes manually or mechanically, horizontally for laying of 40 mm dia pipe (minimum depth 1200mm from top level) under road, Pavement, hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

The box shall provided with and including 4 Nos, 100 Amps aluminum bus bar mounted on porcelain insulators including one no. S&F bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe 0.75 mtr long bent to shape and size fixed on location using new clamps made to shape incl nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for installation of Street light panel outdoor type, floor/pole mounted dust and vermin proof factory made (CPRI approved) fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply bus bar chamber with copper bus bar of suitable amp rating doe 3 phase and 4 wire system duly insulated with head shrikable sleeves as per colour supported on epoxy insulator 1 set, common earth bus with two earth terminals outside panel board cable alley cable gland with independent plate at bottom and complete panel of capacity 12KW contactor rating 65 Amps TP MCCB rating, 63 Amp TPN with astronomical and manual astronomical timer including foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with mild steel clamps, bolts nuts and washers complete all as specified of the following bore (Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately). M&L in repairs for junction box of size 45cmx45cmx15cm outdoor type 415 volt 50 hz weather proof factory made out of CRCA 3.15 mm with front side hinged opending having rubber lining & locking arrangement with nuts & bolts and arrangement for incoming and out going cable/ wire and painting internally and externally with two coat of synthentic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and comprising of the following:-a)Busbar with aluminium four strips 100 Amps cap insualted with insulator incl colour coding mounted on busbar, including PVC cable of suitable size from busbar to MCB. b) MCB SPN 5 to 30 Amps for one street light out going c) Round clamp made out of 25mm x3mm duly welded with nuts and bolts compelte.

Taking out existing U/S and Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made double door out door type cubical type, dust & vermin proof LT panel board hut type top made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron channel pedestal frame compartmental type dust and vermin proof free standing with pad locking sealing arrangement, earthing stud labelling, painting, interconnections, providing of danger plates etc. suitable for working on 415 Volts 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, extendable at both ends painted with powder coated as per seven tank process and IP 54 and IS 8623 protection with cable alley cable entry hole at the bottom and mounting on angle iron frame duly grouted on in and including PCC (1:3:6) platform raised at 30 cms above ground level. M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in to ground to a depth not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate up to equipments, 20 mm dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6 mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10 mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is less than 5 ohm not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost the department.
