Material and labour for Valve chamber of internal size 900x900x900mm comprising of 50mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) foundation 230mm thk brick walls in CM 1:4, 15mm thk plastering in CM 1:4 internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping, 3mm thick MS sheet cover with suitable hinges and locking arrangement, painting steel surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
