Supply and fix for switch air break gang operated for 11 KV grade, triple pole vertically mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame, current rating 400 Ampr, mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of GI pipe 25mm bore (dia) 'light grade' of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement mild steel flat iron clamp 50X6mm including drop out type fuses, dismantling old unserviceable switch air break of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for working pressure 11000 volts including dismantling of old unserviceable arrester and connection to earth with GI 32X6mm strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for loop type insulator vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90X140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pin type 33KV composite polymer insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for disc type 33KV composite polymer insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible sags and providing jumper etc fixing on electric poles and binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire as in OH conductors including stringing, tightening etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.)

Restringing ACSR conductor of existing OH lines by un-binding from insulator of any description refixing after stretching , re-stringing the conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between conductors as ordered and binding to insulators with aluminium binding binding wire complete all as directed. (Note:-Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.)

Material and labour for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Air Break Gang Operated Switchs HT 11 KV, 3 phase, any capacity (200/400 Amps) vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair replacement of broken/ work out components and insulator etc. with or withpout taking down from pole complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Parts needed to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item as 'supply only'. However labour component involved in replacement is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The unit rate is also deemed to be included for handling of serviceable materials for reuse to site. (ii) Any minor repairs involved to make the GOD functional even if notified by Eng-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, mild steel bolts, nuts, screws including applying two coats black bituminous paint internally and externally from bottom end of pole up to PCC coping and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer (externally from top of coping) including writing MES pole No. with synthetic enamel paint (1st grade/ qiality) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work, cement concrete etc will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Dismantling stay assembly of any description and any size including mild steel clamps with bolts, nuts and washer etc. complete all as directed

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with accessories as show in Electrical Plate No.1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of stay rod 20mm dia including 7/4.00mm galvanised stay strand complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork, cement concrete, mild steel stay clamps with bolts, nuts, stay strand, loop insulator etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix for cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel wire4.00mm diaincluding binding with aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of binding wire and dismantling is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Material and labour for preparation of HT feeder pillar with cleaning the body surface by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint internally and externally including numbering, indication of feeder volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/ out unsrviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connection including bricks, GI pipes etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls/ poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m depth but n.exc 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exceeding 50metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment

Material and labour for sub class 'B', old size bricks for cable protection cover, common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exc.10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing for HT electric cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of GI pipe 'light grade' 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed on poles or laid in trenches under floor, ducts etc with fixing clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for horizontal boring for passing protection pipe up to 80mm bore (dia) under road/ path not exc 10.00 metres in single length complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping for pole including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and abour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approvrd size, for HT, 25 x 20cm size including taking down old/ damaged danger notice plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection of incoming/ out going cable from HT switch gear (VCB) of any type, rating and make for carrying out necessary overhauling and servicing of 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz VCB from the HT panel complete cleaning of male and female contacts tightening the connection, checking the wiring system, replacement of minor space parts such as spring, nut bolt, washers, required aluminium strip, replacement of bakelite and glass fibre sheet and setting right the mechanism and reassembling, testing and commissioning etc as required and carrying of following phase of work. (Make-AREVA/ CG) (a) Taking out trolley unit from metal clad housing and dismantling complete, carrying out inspection, cleaning, mechanical spring complete all as directed. (b) Opening of bus bar chambers, carrying out inspection, cleaning of complete unit and refixing of the bus bar. (c) Carrying out testing of all metering instruments replacement of worn out spares, meter, wiring cable etc and testing complete all as directed. (d) Inspection and checking of all protection devices, relays complete all as directed. (e) Carrying out inspection and testing of auxiliary power system complete all as directed. (f) Assembling complete HT switch gear unit, proper greasing oiling/ for easy operation and connection of incoming and out going cable and make all necessary adjustment and testing complete all as directed. Note: Replacement of spares such as gasket set, ht trolley bushes, plug insulators, bus bar insulator for HT VCB, PT bush for HT VCB, PT housing bush for HT VCB, interrupter of HT VCB, HT HBC fuse link IDMTL relay, power pack 230 volt/ 110 volt DC 20 Amps and CT ration 100-50/ 5 Amps etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and replacement of current transformer having CT ratio 100-50/ 5 Amps, 15 VA, class 1 accuracy for metering and protection including taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for breaker control cam switch for 11 KV VCB complete all as specifiued and as directed. Make: AREVA.

Supply and fix for indicating lamp LED type as per suitable for existing VCB indicating lamp including dismantling unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV PT in VCB all as suitable for existing AREVA make VCBs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for HRC fuse link of capacity 12 Amps, BCNA 3-15/B1, 11 KV breaker PT high voltage complete all as specifiued and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3 phase earth fault and over current digital type control relay HT 11 KV VCB including connecting and setting up of parameters/ caliberation / testing as per the site conditions complete all as specified and as direced. Model No.REJ 601 of make ABB or equivalent in CROMPTON GREAVES/AREVA/ L&T as approved.

Taking out unserviceable panel meters from HT VCB panel for necessary replacement complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for digital volt meter for measurement of voltage of HT 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for digital ameter for measurement of current of HT 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed.
