INTERNAL ELECRIFICATION WORK

Taking down carefully copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holders, bracket, light fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring for One light/Celing fan/Exhaust fan point/Bell point, controlled by one switch 06 Amp SP one-way complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor FRLSH cable (ISI marked) drawn into and including PVC concealed conduit (medium quality) and conduit fittings including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including MS sunken box covered with 3mm thick bakelite laminated “hylum or Philips“ sheet top cover and machine made brass screw and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes;- (i) For Internal wiring colour to be used as per IE rule for Phase - Red/Yellow/Blue, Neutral - Black and Earth – Green (iv) Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclussive of Making good the disturbed surfaces and applying white/colour wash/distemper (existing colour) to macth with existing surfaces. (ii) Switch/socket to be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 1.02 here-in-before but wiring for one 3 pin 6 Ampere socket outlet point on the same board controlled by other switch complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Rate quoted shall be inclussive of Sunken boxes, frame, plate etc.

S&F LED Tube Light surface mounting 10 watt 2 feet LED light suitable for mirror light with milky diffuser including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size of 230 Volts, 50HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Sub main wiring with two single core 6 sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable drawn in and including non metalic PVC regid conduit medium grade of suitable size with all standard fittings, concealed, including one run of continuous PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 6sqmm (nominal area) for earth continuty, including taking out and removal of old sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 2 runs of 6sqmm copper conductor phase and neutral and one run of same size earth wire including one run of PVC conduct with cutting, chasing & making good shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F sheet metal enclosure single pole with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for DBs (Double door type) when MCBs to be used single pole and neutral 8 ways including blanking plate as required with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 volts fixed sunk/flush to the wall or niche complete all as specified and as directed including necessary brick work and plaster to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB DP, 240 Volts, B curve, 10 KA, 40 Amps (10 KA 'B' rupturing capacity) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB single pole, 240 Volts, B curve, 10 KA, 6 to 32 Amps (10 KA 'B' rupturing capacity) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED street light /security light luminaries fitting 1X35 watt LED including fixing on existing bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia 1.20 m long bent to shape with suitable size mild steel clamps of size 50 X 6mm with nut, bolt, & washers as required at site for fixing of street light on LT poles / wall including making connection with PVC insulated 3 single core of 1.5 sqmm size multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized lead wire 4mm dia (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe with funnel & wire mesh, including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, including taking out old earthing materials and removal complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI lead wire and protection pipe of length 7.5m, GI pipe beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Taking down existing Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan and refixing the same at its old position/location, with and including applying synthetic enamel paint by spraying after cleaning all dust etc, nuts bolts and fastner etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECRIFICATION WORK

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.01 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 meter and not exceeding 3 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts complete all as specified and as directed Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L for locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, prependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Factory made unreinforced precast cement concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300x180x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of the cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning, HT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured (earthed), electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 10 Sq mm 4 core LT, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core LT, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core LT, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable PCC pole 9 m long complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable/rusted street light fittings, M.S. Bracket/ channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws type 410 SP-31 (9 Mtr long) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bottom of pit for bed concrete of foundation of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete of foundation of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in puff/coping of poles etc with and including use and waste of necessary from work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F street light junction box insulated and made out of environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free,polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size not less then 205 X 255 X 112 mm. The box shall be rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66/67 including all fixing material as required complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F LED flood light 120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impact and corrossion resistant with complete driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of highmast light from any height and any capacity including repairs to raising and lowering system of Hight mast light and repairs to double drum winch, proper checking of lubrication system checking and tightening of trailing cable repairs to remote for up and down of lantern carriage, fixing of Flood light luminaires with suitable bracket and making serviceable including base protection of highmast light including motor repair/winding complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts and accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (ii) Transport and T & P i.e.Hydro crane, Ladder, spanners or any other eqpt for repair of high mast lights shall be provided/arranged by the Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in respective item of Sch 'A'

Note: The Total amount shall be subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 1,38,262.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
