Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Cleaning the existing granular base/B.T. surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes etc. complete etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by ipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-case / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of garanular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.06kg sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORT&H specifiacations for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion RS using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Labour for laying 20 mm thick Pre mix carpet using 0.27 cum. Of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size cbhg stone chips and 14.6 penetration grade of Bitumen for 10 sqm includinghand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR hot mix plant bitumen boilers, and all other T & P articles including cost and conveyance fo chips and bitumen etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Labour for laying seal coating with H.G. stone screening and 6.8 kg per 10 sqm. of bitumen including conveying, chips from stacks with all lead and lift including hire and running charges of PRR etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised, cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lens type vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick or A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4 mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 75 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge. 90 cm equilateral Triangle.
