SCH 'A' PART-II(SEC-II) INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Valve pit of size 60cmx60cmx60cm(internal dimesnsions) brick masonry construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returing filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), PCC coping in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 using 12.5mm crushed stone graded aggregate, brick masonry in cement (1:4) internally, finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceedsin the same mortar, mild steel angle iron 50x50x6mm frame, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed MS Work with two coats of synthertic enamel paint of the tint as apporved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in plain cement concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint, complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-III (SEC-II) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Points wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS ISI marked PVC insulated unsheathed cable in and including concealed PVC conduits, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 20mm dia with all fittings/accessories and alsi including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed 1.5sqmm multistranded copper condutor FRLS as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and including sunk cast iron /pressed steel terminal boxes, junction boxes, other boxes not less than 2.00 mm thick sheet of suitable sizes for mounting of switches, sockets, fan ragulators, etc covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet for (Make Hylum or equivalent ISI marked) for one light point or one fan point or one bell point, independent, controlled by one way switch/push button complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 6.01 abpove but for one 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps independent.

Point wiring with 2.5Sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS (Multi strand) PVC insulated ISI Marked unsheathed cable in and including concealed PVC conduits, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 20mm dia with all fittings/accessories and also including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm multistranded condutor FRLS as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and including sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes, junction boxes, other boxes not less than 2.00 thick sheet of suitable sizes for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings etc covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet (Make Hylum or equivalent ISI marked) for one multi purpose two in one 5 & 15 Amps socket outlet independent, all as specified and directed. Note : Proper colour coding should be adopted for phase, neutral and earth and halves.

Flurosecent tube light fitting T-5, 1 x 28W, 230 Volt, surface/pendent mounted type, epoxy powder coated CRCA sheet housing completed with tube-01 No, lamp holder with replaceable electronic ballast having p.f not less than 0.9, connector block etc, complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with suitable size with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size (Bajaj Cat Nio BTIR 128 or Equivalent to CG, Havells, Phillips).

Su1x18 Watt CFL having PF not less than 0.9.

Note for Item No 6.09 :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5m long galvanised wire 4mm dia and protection pipe of 15mm bore GI medium grade. SCH 'A' PART-VI (SEC-II) EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of LT Panel, outdoor cubical type, factory made CPRI approved, fabricated out of 2mm thick mild steel sheet mounted 60cms above the ground level duly supported with mild steel angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick in PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggreagte. LT panel shall be totally enclsoed weather proof and vermin proof with front and rear opening with IP-54 protection as per IS-8623 duly powder coated painting both internally & externally for 433 volts, 3 phase, 50Hz, 4 wire having TPN aluminium bus bars suitable for 200 Amps load duly drilled holes for connections, RYB insulated with different colour code and sleeved insulators complete prewired and cable connection with suitable size of copper conductor wire upto aluminium bus bars including all incoming and outgoing cable connection with suitable size of aluminium lugs/glands complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and also comprises of the foloowing:-

Supply and fix flood light fitting integral with aluminium reflected 150 Watt MH lamp fotting with ballast holder, lamp, heat resisiting rubber glass box black survilling, fixed to wall witrh angle iron bracket of 25x25x6mm size (L type) bent to shape as required grouted into wall fasteners /hold fast with MS clamp of required size, nuts/bolts/washers complete including necessary MCB control comprising one No MCB DB SPN 2 way with one MCB SPN 06A and connecting wire from DB to fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Make Philips Cat No. MWF231 1xMHNTD-150WS or equivalent

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting with super flux high powdered LEDs, PLUTOLED street light 24 watt with plastic ABS fixture, superflux LEDs, in builkt power supply operating voltage range of 90-270 Volt AC. Complete including fixing arrangements with GI pipe bracket of 40mm dia light grade 1.5m long bent to shape and fixed to poles with 2 Nos clamps made out of MS flat 40x6mm with nuts, bolts/washer, including 2 runs of PVC insualted copper cable 2.5 Sqmm from junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make Instapower Code 5250.02.240 or equivalent in any reputed manufacturer.

Supply and erection of outdoor type bus bar box with aluminium bus abar 50 Amp (TPN) with bus bar insulators, fabricated out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick of size 40cmx40cmx45cm erected on ground with 4 Nos angle iron support made out of 50x50x6mm size 01 mtr long (0.6m above groun d) including necessary earth work and PCC foundation netc painting with of box with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and including one No of MCB TPN 32 Amp (incomin) and 3 Nos MCB SPN 16 Amp (Outgoing) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for outdoor type junction box of size 300x300x100mm fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 2mm thiock consisting of one MCB SPN 2.5Amp with 4 way aluminium busbar of capacity 40 amps fixed with bus bar insulator fixed to steel tubular poles with 2 NOs MS clamps made out of 40x60mm size with nuts/bolts/washers and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed.
