Taking down old and unserviceable transformer at diffrent locations in the area of responsibility falls under AGE B/R I & AGE B/R-III from two pole structure/foundation including disconnecting the LT/HT connection and shifting to workshop and getting back after repair and refixing the same at original location & connecting electrically and commissionig complete all as specified and directed at site of following capacity transformer:- Note : - (i) The contractor will take down and refix the transformer at site located at various location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The rate deemed to including transportation of T&P complete.

M&L replacement of burnt defective HT/LT copper coil of different type capacity winding with superior quality enamelled copper winding wire/strips of approved make of suitable size/guage and number of turns matching with the existing impendence and insulated including all allied materials such as cork sheet, fiber glass insulation/paper insulation/Lathoride paper, cotton, empire tape and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts & washers (Brass) soldering/welding and other packing material etc required for entire winding of coils all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

HT bushing porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers nuts, lock nut and rubber oil seal suitable for transformer of any make/type/capacity in repairs all as specified and directed.

LT bushing porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers nuts, lock nut and rubber oil seal suitable for transformer of any make/type/capacity upto 250 KVA in repairs all as specified and directed .

Top gasket sheet made out of 6mm thick cork sheet with suitable GI bolts, nuts, washers for top of transformer any capcity in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of dehydrating breather assambly CI body of standard size filled with silica -gel for transformer of capacity upto and including 250 KVA in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of temperature gauge circular dia type of standard size for transformer of capacity upto and including 250 KVA in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Tap changer assembly & replacement of worn out nuts and bolts and providing new copper lead for tap changer assembly complete all as specified and as directed..

Filling in with new transformer oil for top up having low viscosity, of approved make as per IS 355 of 1992 and di-electric strength 60 KV (after filtration) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Savita/Power oil/Powerlink

Filtration & dehydration of existing transformer oil including heating continously to achive results for reuse as per standards including recording its viscosity etc prior & after filtration & dehydration of transformer oil with maintaining its results complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to leaking transformers at site up to 250 KVA by opening the top cover, draning the transformer oil to the level just below the bushing, replacing the all four bushing with connecting rod, replacing the oil gaskets of bushings on HT & LT side, replacing the top oil gasket, reassebling, testing etc comlpete all as directed.

(Repair shall be carried out in authorised workshop, the rate deemed to including transportation of T&P complete).

Supply and fixing in repairs pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of transformer/voltage stabilizer any make/any size including XPM wire mesh complete, by spraying with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality dark grey/ivory colour paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint and primer by scratching, rubbing and marking SM No complete all as specified and directed.

Painting steel tubular pole including cross arms, 'V' brackets, 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, GOD complete including painting with five strips of 30cm each black and white paint in alternate strips from the base of pole upto 1.5mtr height complete, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint by scratching, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles, bolt nuts, check nuts and washers of including providing earth wire protection pipe GI medium grade 40mm bore from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 40mm bore with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit of PCC in 1:2:4 type B-1, with RCC cover and suitable handle, including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers all around the earth plate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 27.00, but using copper plate 60cmX 60cmx 3 mm thick electrode and 20X3mm copper strip as earthing lead complete all as per SSR Pt-I Shown in drawing and specified and as directed. (Note: The unit rate includes copper earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

Aerial bunched cable 11 KV grade stranded and compact alluminium phase conductor of size 3 x 95 Sqmm +1x70 Sqmm (bare messenger) with copper alloy. The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE (Sioplas) compound copper, as sper IS-14225-1995 including all fitings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp inline connector, service clamp, insulation piercing connectors, for taps from bare lines etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/KEI/Gloster or equivalent approved make.

Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core AB cables of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core AB cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earth grade having cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting in true vertical steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of work).

MS cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps (including stay clamps, clamps for fixing GI tubes for passing through of cables) and back plates fabricated out of standard steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of providing two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces complete including dismantling of old broken cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Stay assembly complete with accessories i.e. stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised thimbles, GI stay wire 7/4 SWG, loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green of large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, etc and all other accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 on Ser Page No 495 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete including dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular,fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4mm dia complete including taking down old all as specified and as directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentelling OH ACSR Conductor from the existing LT /HT pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections all as specified & directed.

Trimming tree branches coming in proximity to HT over head lines and involved with over head lines where detected , over head lines to be cleared of tree branches atleast 1.5 Mtrs apart from ACSR conductor from all sides all as directed.. (Contactor is supposed to manage long wooden ladder atleast 32 feet height, rope and handsaw machine to clear the lines from tree branches having girth upto 6" dia at his own arrangement and cost ). Note:- Five lines together will be measured as one span from pole to pole.

Re-streching of loose over head ACSR conductor/AB Cables/GI wire and repair of the broken conductors and adding new length( if required) in place of old and burnt conductor of any size on existing poles with proper sagging including winding with winding wire all as specified. ( Old conductor shall be reused where required for repairing broken length of conductor as directed by Engr-in-charge)

M&L for Gang Operated device of Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 09 insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps all as specified and directred.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth for laying of cables, foundation of poles, stay assy etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 in depth but not exceeding 3.0 m for laying of cables, foundation of poles, stay assy etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed

PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for steel tubular poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles including necessary farm work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
