The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made, 2nd class hardwood 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle with strike plate, telescopic peg stay, locking bracket complete with glazing bars for glazed shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick matt finish (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick and area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm and not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: First coat of distempering shall be carried out all as specified in SSR Part I and final coat of distempering on wall with acrylic distemper shall be carried out with mechanical tools.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling including complete removal of existing treatment including washing down and cleaning etc and applying three coats of white wash by mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling including complete removal of existing treatment including washing down and cleaning etc and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: First coat of cement base paint shall be carried out all as specified in SSR Part I and final coat of cement base paint shall be carried out with mechanical tools.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surface and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Roof treatment for in-accessible roof as under: - (i) Preparation of surfaces by removing all dust, loose particles of RCC slab. (ii) Apply polyurethane waterproofing coating on prepared concrete surface of roof slab & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet. This stage shall be passed by the GE. Roof surface shall be left without any further treatment. (ii) Method: Cleaning the surface and applying FOSROC Nitoproof 725 (minimum 0.8 mm dft) over a priming coat of Nitoproof WB primer or equivalent product of Asian paints, M/s MC Bauchemic / CIPY / SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP applied as per manufacturer’s instructions. (iv) The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. Execution to be done with authorised trained / skilled applicator of manufacturer as per technical guidance laid by manufacturer. Company bank guarantee to be given by contractor after completion of water proofing work before payment.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, metal enclosure, regulators, DBs, sockets etc and refixing the same in original alignment after tiling work etc all as per site requirement and making the good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc and matching with existing complete specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) While during B/R work removing the existing point wiring, if any damage occurred to the existing accessories such as PVC conduit, junction box, Hylam sheet, wires, switch, socket, fan regulator etc to be replaced with new one without any extra cost .

Material and labour for Light/Fan Point wiring complete as specified with 1100 volt grade 1.5sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia, with all fittings, fixed on wall surface including switches/ sockets/ regulators etc along with necessary metal sunk boxes flush mounting in the wall with 3mm thick laminated Hylam sheet duly earthed with 1.5sqmm cable as for wiring above but green in colour as continuous earthing wire complete all as specified and directed for One Light/ fan point controlled by one 6 Amps switch one way.

The work is inclusive of necessary earth work excavation and PCC chamber in type CI (1:2:4) with PCC cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater storage (Geyser) type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element up to 2 KW capacity 25 litres, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV including nuts/bolts/washers, flexible hose inlet & outlet connection pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing / PVC pipe for alterations or additions for 40 / 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Install and commissioning of kitchen electrically operated Chimney silent suction type having output not less than 1000 cum per hour having variable speed control complete with all accessories and suitable length of exhaust duct to be connected to common centralized overhead GI ducting complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Faber model no - STI LUC 3D Max 90BK or equivalent in Glen / hindware) Note:- (i) Cost includes provision of suitable 40x40x5mm MS angle frame suitably painted with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint duty fixed on walls/ceilings to support the chimneys. (ii) Electrical load of chimneys is distributed with different transformer & existing transformer is adequate for additional load.

Supply fix and install overhead ducting of suitable size pre fabricated for cook house chimneys made of 20 SWG GI sheets with suitable 25x25x3mm MS angle supports with clamps etc at one meter spacing fixed to ceilings or walls as required including making recesses in wall for out door exit points and making good disturbed surfaces with concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Ducting to be installed in a manner that prevents return flow. (ii) MS angle supports shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix MS angle supports made of 25x25x3mm bent to shape with nuts/bolts/washers etc as supports for GI ducting fixed on walls/Ceilings as directed at spacing of not less than one meter all duly painted with a coat of primer and a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
