Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (TOld work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm))

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class teak wood. 35 mm thick

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. Complete. 200x10 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass door latch with necessary screws etc. complete : 300x16x5 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete: for Door 125 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete: for Window 100 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete: size 125mm

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete of ridges plain (500 - 600mm) complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Retaining Wall

Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydrolic excavation/manual) means in fdn trenches n. exe 1.5m deep and wide incl dressing of side and ramming of bottom, lift upto 1.5m all kind of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

RR masonary with hard stone in fdn and plinth incl leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement motor 1:6)

All as per items No 03 but except stone

Cement concrete coping with 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl finishing complete.

Pointing on stone with cement motor 1:3 raise and cut pointing

M/L forhand packing at back of wall with broken stone all as specified and directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for fdns, footings bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

M&L for uPVC pipes (working pressure 4 Kg/cm 2) single socketed pipe 75mm dia fixed as weep hole. (avg length of pipe 2.70+0.6/2 = 1.65)

Electrification

M/L for point wiring in PVC conduit for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/calling bell point with 1.5 Sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor in surface/recessed PVC conduit with piano type switch,phenolic laminated sheet suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sqmm PR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as required.

M/L for 3pin 5 Amp ceiling rose on he existing junction box/ wooden box inc connecyion as required.

Supply and fixing metal box of 150mm x 75mm x 60mm deep on surface or in recess with suitable size of phynolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 05 pin socket outlet 05 Amp and piano type switch 05 Amp,connection, painting etc as required.

Supply and fixing metal box of 180mm x 100mm x 60mm deep on surface or in recess with suitable size of phynolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 06 pin socket outlet 05/15 Amp and piano type switch 15 Amp,connection, painting etc as required.

M/L for Sub main wiring in PVC conduit along with 2x2.5 Sqmm + 1x 2.5 sqmm earth of PVC copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recess PVC conduit as required. power plug point wirth 2x4 Sqmm FR PVC insulated copper condudtor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit alongwith 01 no 4 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as required.

M/L for 2+4 way single pole and netural,sheet MCB distribution board 240 volt on recess/surface complete with tinned copper busbar,netural busbar,earth bar ,dectable glannd plate,inter connection incl earthing as required ( But without MCB /RCCB/ Isolator)

M/L for 5 amp to 32 amp SPN rating 240 volt 'C' series MCB suitable for lightning and other load of poles.
