Providing & fixing in true horizontal level M/F suspended false ceiling (FR-120 min) system of preferred make using Gypsteel Ultra perimeter channels (27mm web and 20 & 30mm flange) fixed to wall with rawl plug and screws, at 610mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling, intermediate channels(45mm web and 15mm each flange) from the soffit at 900mm centre with ceiling angle (25x10mm,0.55mm thick) fixed to soffit @ 1220mm c/c with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners to form a grid of 900mm x 1220mm. Ceiling section (51.5mm web and 26mm each flange) fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457.5mm centres. Single layers of 15mm tapered edge Gyproc Fireline fixed to ceiling section with screws at 230mm centres,

Square and tapered edges of the boards to be jointed and finished flush look including filling and finishing with jointing compound, paper fiber tape and two coats of drywall top coat etc. complete.

False ceiling/masking suspended by anchor rods fixed with anchor fasteners and 15mm tapered edge Single layers Gyproc Fireline board panel on one side.

Single layers of 12.5mm thick Fultone perforated (600 mm x 600 mm) tile fixed to ceiling section with screws at 230mm centres. Square and tapered edges of the tiles to be jointed and finished flush look including filling and finishing with jointing compound, paper tape and two coats of drywall top coat etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 8.3 mm thk prelaminated wooden flooring (AC-3) of preferred make , including providing & fixing underlayer of supreme profile 2 mm polyurethene sheet on levelled finished floor required pattern, levelled & finished, including providing & fixing Teak wood reducer/beading at side edges near door and juctions of floor & wall including cost of all materials and labour involed for complete work etc. complete as per drawings ,specification , and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. ( NOTE : The finished surface shall be levelled with a margin of +/- 5mm.)

Providing & fixing first class C.P. teak wood moulded beading (architrave) of size 40 x 10 mm around door and window frames and at required places with necessary screws and painting with a coat of approved primer etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work with 1st Class CP Teak wood architrave moulding/board of approved shape of size 150-200 mm width, 16-18 mm finished thickness, teak wood battens ( sectional joints will not be permitted ) for skirting, window jambs including fixing the same using rawl plugs & 50mm long screws on existing surface, finishing the portion of screws with putty, plaining the surface, rounding the exposed edges, as required cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work and the like, working at all heights, hoisted and fixed in position including applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of wood work in contact with masonry/concrete etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work with C.P. Teak wood in Frames for doors, windows, ventilators, clear storey windows, false ceilings, wall paneling and partitions etc. wrought, framed and fixed in position, including applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete etc. including making provision & finishing of openings for light fixtures, smoke detectors and cameras etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

In frames of False ceilings, wall paneling and partitions etc.

Using 2 nd class wood

Providing & fixing in position 50mm thick Rockwool slab of density not less than 48Kg/cum of required size of preferred make. at all heights including cutting the slab to required size, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding including making provision & finishing of opening for light fixtures, smoke detectors and cameras etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing at all levels using Pine/Steem Beach well seasoned wood wall paneling 45 mm x 10 mm thick minimum finished size without joint fixed on clisting wood surfaces using sunken screws at 500mm c/c complete including squaring the edges to ensure 8mm clear gap between adjacent panels, finishing with putty the portion of screws, planning the surfaces, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of 3 Ply 24 GSM fibre glass tissue paper in position using approved adhesive at all levels on wall/Rock wool slab including the cost of approved adhesive, ensuring that no entrapped air exists, including the cost of all materials and labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete but excluding the cost of Rockwool slab, as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying three coats of French polish of approved make and tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks and crevices with putty etc. complete to give an even shade as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position curtain rods of 25mm diameter made of 1.25 mm (1.25 ± 0.03) mm thick stainless steel conduits resting on standard stainless steel looking curtain rod holder fixed on wall at spacing not exceeding 1.50m, having 2 nos. ball shaped stainless steel decorative formations ( of approved shape ) at both ends of each curtain rod such that whole assembly is suitable for holding medium size thick cloth curtains, fixed in position using required hardwares, rawl plugs etc. complete excluding curtain cloth but including the cost of all materials, rawl plugs, gutties, labours, taxes etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Imp. Note - a) The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. b) The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. c) The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work.
