Construction of 100nos. of Piezometers (Tube wells) with Platform and Other Civil Works in Haryana under NHP for Groundwater monitoring Phase III

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m in all kind of soils of 900 sqm area, complete in all respect as per HSR item no. 4.4.1 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per as per HSR item no. 33.6 and to the staisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 meter depth below ground level.

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per as per HSR item no. 33.7 and to the staisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge, beyond 90 meter & up to 150 meter depth below ground level.

Electrical borehole logging using 406mm and 1626mm (16" and 64"), SP resistivity probe, preparation of composite log(resistivity, SP, and lithological log) preparation of lithologs, submission of report including zone wise water quality along with logging graphs, composite log etc and as per HSR item no. 20.104 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/plain ended casing pipes along with MS rings as per specification of required dia, conforming to IS: 4270, of reputed & approved make, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per HSR item no. 33.10 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, LCG-V wire wound screen pipe of size 100mm dia, 6mm thick, slot size 0.75 mm manufactured as per IS 8110-2019 with latest amendments, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.(NS item)

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, and as per HSR item no. 33.15 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement sealing with suitable method will be conducted for 2 m height at assigned depth range by carrying the process as per tender specification and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clay/soil packing will be conducted above cement sealing to the ground level and perfect packing will be ensured to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I), complete in all respect and as per HSR item no. 33.18 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development of tube well using air compressor including the cost of all consumable stores, fuel, oil, compressors, pumps and machinery etc and as per HSR item no. 20.103.1 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (3 hrs each well)

Drilling in hard rock formation of size 125 mm dia, but not less than 115 mm utpo desired depth as naked bore hole, complete in all respect and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge (NS item)

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, complete in all respect and as per HSR item no. 33.16 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete in all respect and as per HSR item no. 33.17 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of 2 nos. water samples of 1 litre each for each piezometer and submission of chemical analysis report. The samples should be collected in laboratory approved sample bottles (cylindrical-semi-transparent with measures), complete in all respect and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge (NS item)

Construction of concrete platform, complete in all respect as per technical specification and as per HSR item no. 6.1.2, 6.29.1, 4.12.1, B0226, B0979 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of protection box, complete in all respect as per technical specification and as per HSR item no. B0222, NS Item and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of Display board, complete in all respect as per technical specification as per HSR Items B0979,6.1.2, 4.12.1,11.68.3, 11.7.8, 6.29.1,B1144 and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation and submission of reports (BDR), complete in all respect and to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge (NS item)
