Special Repair to road from TCP-II to Bayonet Chowk at Brichgunj Mil Stn, Sri Vijaya Puram

Repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm etc complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminuos macadam by job mix formula (consolidated thickness 75mm or less )with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG -30) by weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to the outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed:- Note :- Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job Mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. Mix shall be obtain from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG -10) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm with paving bitumen.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (by job mix formula) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30 paving bitumen by weight of total mix, by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled with 8-12 ton power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimunm 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking in white/yellow (approved colours) colour & shade of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' termoplastic modern propelled road marking machine incl all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers termoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per table No. 800.4 of MORTH specification incl spraying glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x100mm x20mm with PAMA strip lens with reflector of model No DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shell of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 60-65mm) of solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery consisting of super bright LED, fixed all as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Hard standing, Apron etc, surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
