The bracked concrete pocket (650 mm x 300 mm x 200 mm ) by adding reinforcement to be binding with existing residual reinforcement bars then bearing plates to be fixed with rail, fittings with HDPE and IA/Stud Bolts with correct track parameters as directed by Engineer-in-Charge by maintaining clear gap with bottom of bearing plate and BLT bed. (e) Now free flow self compacting concrete to be mixed as per the specification to be poured under the bearing plate upto marked top level of wooden frame to maintain correct longitudinal and cross level. Care should be taken that no load on newly made BLT bed will come during movement of traffic.
