Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars & precast concrete masonry etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in 1:4 as in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on stone/brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for work at any height and location including cost of scaffolding and all other equipment reqd to execute the work complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) as in ceiling and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered complete including taking down and applied two coat of two coats of exterior emulsion paint/weather coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer incl 2mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls complete and specified and as directed by engr-in -charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salt, trading oil grees spots etc using grinding machine on wall surfaces and preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shed/tint over and including a coat of white wall care putty 2 mm thick complete over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
