M&L for Brickwork using old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm (average) thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, coping, kerbs roof padding etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less then 3.5 kg / Sqm, reinforeced with polyster non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish, uniformly embeded during manufacturing process, shall be used. It shall be laid by torch application. Side overlaps shall be 75 mm and the ends shall be 100 mm and all overlaps and jointed shall also be sealed by torch application. Note :- (i) Debris obtained from chipping of loose/unsound and cracked concrete shall be removed out side of MD land. (ii) Thickness will be measured excluding plaster

M&L for cleaning loose concrete if any all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 10 mm thick (but not less than 10 mm clear air gap) and cleaning reinforcement of total rust using alkaline rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washed with water and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - (i)Length of reinforcement bars any dia cleaned of rust all around will be measured for payment. (ii) Thickness will be measured excluding plaster.

M&L applying two coats of epoxy based passivating, protecting & bonding coat of zinc rich system (Nitozinc (R) primer of Fosroc and equivalent of SIKA/Dr Fixit Pidilite/ Krishna Conchem) as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge for old and new reinforcement any dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Epoxy based passivating, protecting & bonding coat of zinc rich system will be paid for separately.

Supply only epoxy based passivating, protecting & bonding coat of zinc rich system (Nitozinc (R) primer of Fosroc and equivalent of SIKA/Dr Fixit Pidilite/ BASF) as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Payment will be made for the total weight of resin and hardener in manufactured specified proportion.

Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cementitious bond coat using cement 2.2 kg per square metre on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately.

Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cement mortar 25 mm thick in cement sand mortar in proportions of 1:3 (1 cement and 2 graded quartz aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportions as approved, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only approved SBR latex from FOSROC/BASF/DR FIXIT/ SIKA for bonding coat/Polymer modified cement mortor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate shall be in terms of solid contents of polymer.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of Soakage well of 1.80 mtr dia and 3.0 mtr deep complete all as specified and as shown in drawing No CEJZ/2004/TDS-35 1.1 dated 11.05.2004 which includes the following:- (i) Excavation and earth work, including R/F and removal of surplus soil. Taking down the ceiling fan of any sweep carefully from its installed position, dismantling complete with down rod , replacement of capacitor, Rubber wheel bush and cleaning of all dust, applying grease for bearings, reassembling the fan and blades, painting of fans and down rod with synthetic enamel white paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, writing MES No. with black paint, and keeping a side safely and hanging / refixing in position and connecting up including provision of 3 core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fan and testing on completion complete all as directed.
