Taking down Old unserviceable LT UG cable of service connection or distribution system of any size and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation and earth work will be measured seperately)

Supplying ,Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE (cross linked polythene ) armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip , electric power cable heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, ducts fix on walls/poles with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads/path/ drain /colverts or enclosed in GI pipe/ fix complete all as specified and directed for following size:-

6 sqmm 4 core

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Soft/loose soil

Hard/dense soil

Returning/ Refilling of excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers for any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs from the starting point and depositing at a height not exceeding 1.5 m above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stone dust sand cushioning to under ground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Measuremenet will be done after punning]

M&L for brick protection covers laid over cables of sub class'B' bricks old size (230X115X75) mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting of suitable width and depth to lay GI pipe of 50mm bore and making good of road with cement concrete level with existing road complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable existing bollard light fittings with PCC and supply and fix Decorative gate light made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for retrofit CFL 20W spiral/ 10W LED bulb with B22 base, the fitting shall me mounted on GI pipe of suitable diameter and the pipe shall be grouted with suitable grade of PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note:1. Cost of GI pipe will be measured and paid separately in subsequent items of this schedule 2. Cost of grouting and coping will be measured and paid separately in subsequenet items of this schedule

Supply and fix GI Pipe Light grade of 50mm bore size with all connected accessories and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors also pipes shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 in foundation filling and mass concrete using 40mm graded stone agg for pole/stay foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 in foundation filling and mass concrete and coping of poles incl necessary form work using 20 mm graded stone aggregate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of pole mounted single door side hinged junction box of size 250x200x105 mm shock proof and rustproof, cable entry from bottom and or sides, 100% weather proof, tamper proof, pilferage proof fire retardant class FV-0 as per IS:11731 Part-II or V-0 as per UL-94, high heat distortion temperature (200 degree celcius as per IS: 10192) for street light 3 phase/4 core high wattage based lighting application complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable light fitting and S&F flood light fitting suitable for high mast application, 5700 K, minimum 110 lumen/watt with Aluminium pressure die cast housing with toughened glass with fixture & LED lamp conforms to LM-79 & LM-80 respectively with high spread using high quality lenses & reflector, wide beam angle more than 120°, having seperate LED driver assembly box accessible driver compartment with constant current driver with effeciency >90% and IP 66 protection, short circuit protection, under voltage protection and Over voltage protection upto 300 V, isolation upto 1.5 kV, impact resistance of IK07 with surge protection upto 5 KV and LED life minimum 50,000 operating hours. Along with PVC insulated copper cable 3 core 2.5 sqmm to be used for connection depending upon the site condition. Note: Cost of Copper 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC cable for connection depending upon the site condition must be included in the quoted rate

The fitting shall be tested in NABL accredited LAB and LM 80 test certificate shall be submitted by the original manufacturer including electrical connection with PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded wire of size 3 core, 2.5 sqmm from looping box to fitting terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , jointing of unarmoured PVC copper cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches, ducts fix on walls/poles with proper size saddles and clamp and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix LED tube light along with fixture, 1x22 W( 4 feet long) with high lumen output, surface and wall mounted LED batten, extruded polycarbonate integrated electronic drive including connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable ceiling rose to fitting terminal complete as specified and directed.

Supply & fix LED tube light along with fixture, 1x20 W( 4 feet long) with high lumen output, surface and wall mounted LED batten, extruded polycarbonate integrated electronic drive including connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable ceiling rose to fitting terminal complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED recessed light 2’ x 2’, 36 Watt in white powder coated CRCA housing with driver complete with system lumen output not less than 120 lumen per watt complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old unsv fluoroscent type recessed down light and Supply & fix LED light 12 watt, suitable for ceiling cutout of 130/140 mm, recess mounted downlighter with pressure die-cast aluminium heat sink & PC diffuser in white powder finish with integrated electronic drive including connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable ceiling rose to fitting terminal complete as specified and directed. Note: Lights to be fitted at the height of 20/25 feet, suitable ladder shall be arranged by the contractor only

Taking out the old one and Supply, Install, Test and Commissioning of Feeder pillar box out door type fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet double door, of size 500x500x300 mm with neutral link/busbar complete with powder coating with seven tank process mounted on M.S angle Iron frame, duly grouted with PCC reqd. with all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed including following:- (a) Aluminium Bus bar of 200 Amps for (RYB N)- 01 Set (a) S&F MCCB TP 100 Amps 35 KA Ics=100% of Icu , Fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting -1 Nos (b) S&F Street light Astro mini digital timer, single phase, Base DIN -1 Nos (c) S&F contactor 3P, 70 Amps, AC3 Make: L&T, ML-4 -1 Nos
