Supplying, laying , fitting & fixing HDPE pipes ( High Density poly ethylene pipes pE 100 ) conforming to IS 4984/2016 (with up to date amendament) with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector of jointing pipes by heating the ends of pipes with help of teflon coated electric mirror / heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other to form a monolitic and leak proof joint by thermosetting process. it may be required to be done with jack/ hydraulc jacks/butt fusion machine . (50mm & above fusion jointed & below 50mm mechanical jointed). the HDPE fitting should be ISI marked conforming to relevant BIS code. i) 63mm dia

Constructing of Brick masonry Sluice Valve Chamber 900mm(L) x 900mm(B) x 1250mm(H) inside, in 230mm brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and precast R.C.C cover slab in prop. 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) reinforced with 10mm M.S. bar @ 150mm centre both ways tying with 20 gauge black annealed wire including necessary earthwork (excavation and return filling), 75mm PCC in prop. 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand : 8 coarse agg.) over brick flat soling and 15 mm thick inside plastering and outside plastering (upto 150mm from top) with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) , complete as per standard design, including Supplying, carrying, placing in position, fitting and fixing 100mm/ 125mm/ 150mm diameter CID/F sluice valve all complete as directed. Approved good for construction drawing will be issued by the deptt. A) For 100mm dia Sluice valve against 110mm dia Distribution pipe line - 1 no. 100mm dia CID/F sluice valve with cap/ wheel as per IS 14846-2000 PN 1.0 with ISI marking, 2 nos. 100mm dia GI Nipple (225mm long), 4 Nos. 100mm dia GI Threaded Flange, 2 Nos. 110mm dia UPVC Flange, 28 Nos. Bolts & nuts and 6 nos. 3mm thick rubber insertion sheet for 100mm dia pipe.

B) For 125mm dia Sluice valve against 140mm dia Distribution pipe line - 1 no. 125mm dia CID/F sluice valve with cap/ wheel as per IS 14846-2000 PN 1.0 with ISI marking, 2 nos. 125mm dia GI Nipple (225mm long), 4 Nos. 125mm dia GI Threaded Flange, 2 Nos. 140mm dia UPVC Flange, 30 Nos. Bolts & nuts and 6 nos. 3mm thick rubber insertion sheet for 125mm dia pipe.

The item also includes construction and installation of R.C.C Hydrant Pillar of size 100mm x 100 mm , height 1200 mm with 6 mm dia bar embeded to RCC Post in proportion 1:1.5:3 with 4 nos 10 mm dia main and 6 mm dia stirrup @ 150 C/c and fixing 15 mm dia PPR pipe to the hydrant, with 6 mm rings embedded in concrete for anchoring inclusive of cost of transportation to site and also supplying fitting and fixing PVC Bib cock all complete as directed and specified. Approved good for construction drawing

Odex : Providing installation and commissioning of 150x150 mm dia DTW by Odex boring within the jurisdiction of different PHE divisions including including preparation of site for placing of drilling rig, air compressor, transportation of rig and ancillary equipments. Construction of temporary accommodation and low cost sanitary facility for drilling staff and providing water supply facilities at drilling site. Drilling of bore well by using drilling rig having ODEX system Extraction of drilling pipes / bits against skin friction at the end of each day and after completion of the operation including washing of the bore hole all complete as directed and lowering / sinking of well assembly including welding of pipe joints. Developing of the D.T.W. with air compressor, Make- Kirloskar / Cumins all complete as directed by the department.

Supplying, installation, testing, commissioning of water lubricated submersible pump set 3-phase (3HP/5HP/7.5HP/10/HP)/Ingle Phase (1HP/2HP) pump with bronze impeller of suitable diameter all complete. The pump set should be coupled with wet type submerssible electric motor drive of adequate power suitable for operation at 230V/415V, 50 Hz input power including sockets, bends, elbows etc. clips, electrical switch gear (Starter) etc. electric controol panel board made of MS sheet duly painted with anti-corrosive paints complete fitted with all electrical accessories, i.e. off-on switch, voltemeter, ameter, indicator light etc bright annealed electrolytic bar copper conducted PVC insulated sheather around flexible 3-core cable of the motor manufactured conforming to IS:694/1990 all complete as specified & directed by the Deptt with one year warranty from the date of commissioning & satisfactory testing against any manufacturing defect (If any such defect is found during the year from the date installation and satisfactrry testing, supplier will have to rectify the defect at their cost & risk & if necessary replace the pump set) Test certificate of pump, motor, starter, panel board etc from the manufacturer shall have to be submitted). 3-Ph 5.0HP head considering all losses: 55m.
