Drilling of the hand pump well air rotary drilling Rig unit suitable for lowering MS Casing of 125mm dia in suitably drilled bore hole as per specification laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX attachments and exploration of Ground Water by tapping sufficient aquifer Zones below ground level with simultaneous lowering of 125mm dia M.S Plain ended pipe duly chamfered/bevelled and welding face to face, the job accessories, tools, attachments POLS, consumable, both skilled and unskilled labourers and other unforeseen items. The job also includes the cost of pipe materials, (MS 125 mm) and lowering of casing assembly, and its subsequent welding after every 10 feet, up to the drilled/desired depth. The casing is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site Engineer. The Specification of the Tube Well shall be as under. • Dia of MS Pipe to be used …….. 125 mm • Casing pipe shall be as per IS 4270:2001 • Drilling method to be used……. Air Rotary Method Development of tube well with back wash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the direction of in-charge Engineer.

Providing/Laying of Plain Cement Concrete block of size 4ft×4ft×1ft in 1:2:4 mix (M15) to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The job includes Providing/laying of PCC edges of 4”×4” in 1:2:4 mix and P/L of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of shuttering, strutting, centring, curing etc including all carriage up-to site of work. In case the suitable space for the above specification is not available, the surface area is to be adjusted accordingly.

Providing, Fitting and Commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs. The complete details of the job are as under:` Providing, fitting and testing of single phase pumping equipment with following specifications: Discharge = 500 GPH Head = 60-80 m Speed = 2900 rpm Motor Rating = Suitable for above ratings Make: Reputed make conforming to relevant IS codes. The pump and motor shall be coupled together with a steel coupling. The job includes lowering of the submersible pumping equipment. The job includes providing and fitting of motor starter DOL of reputed make suitable for motor rating and as decided by site engineer. Note: The pumping equipment shall be provided with Test Certificate and characteristic curve.

Providing and fitting of 32 mm dia GI “B” class Column pipe. The Pipe is properly threaded at both the ends and the length of each pipe is not less than 3 Mts. The pipe is provided and fitted with GI Sockets for jointing purpose.

Providing and fitting of 3 KVA single phase automatic voltage stabilizer. (Dry type) The Job also includes providing and fitting of cu wire of suitable gauge required for connecting of incoming and outgoing connections.

P/F of submersible cable 2.5 sq. mm for connecting pumping unit with the motor starter.

P/F of 40 mm dia. MS holding clamps fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS Plate with nuts and bolts.
