M&L for checking all connections and Mechanism, cleaning, servicing, overhauling, testing complete and repair for at automatic power factor correction panel (APFC) upto 250 KVAR by taking out 4mv heavy duty capacitor banks of existing rating/Size/Steppings 3 Phase 415 suitable for having losses not less than 0.5 w/KVAR with discharge registors. Including Replacement of minor/major parts if required for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed by Engi-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Cost of major/minor parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item of this schedule/BOQ from SI No. 1.01 to 1.14. (ii) All the instruments and T&P required for the above jobs shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rates. (iii) The all above checking, inspection, installation & testing work shall be performed by authrised manufacturer or expert electrical engineer of company.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr deep and getting out and laying LT UG Cable complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling in with the soil obtained from item above here-in-before includiing spreading , leveling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying sub class 'B' brick old size laid flat in trenches across the length for protection of cable as cable cover complete all as specified and directed .

M& L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of under ground cable provided in layers of sand as 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (in replacement) for GI tubing 'light grade' eith all necessary fittings laid in treches/under road crossing/fixed on pole/wall/under floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete for following sizes:-

S&F MS bracket for mounting flood light fitting made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm of length not less than 1.o mtr, fixed to pole/ earth and grout using pcc & clamp, nut & bolts including painting of bracket with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete

Taking out stone aggregate from Sub Station and refilling evenly (any thickness) for neat look surfaces after surface dressing n.exc. 25 cm deep in soft/loose soil rough excavating of un-even surfaces and filled up in low patches with scraped soil to give even and neat look surfaces by removing/uprooting all vegetation hedges shrubs at sub stations and sprinkling of pesticide two times during the periods for preventing any growing of vegetation/shrubs complete all as specified and directed by Engi-in- Charge.
