Notes for Item 2 to 4:- (a) (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Major parts (as required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of this Sch 'A'. (iii) T&P for replacement of minor/major parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) Contractor shall be fully responsible for full and noise less functioning of lift 24x7 days. (v) Each Job shall be considered for 03 Months. (b) The above maintenance shall be done through only E-in-C's Branch approved OEM rep or authorised rep or authorised agent of OEM i.e M/S Kone India, M/S Schindier India Pvt Ltd., M/S Kinetic hyundai Elevator & movement tech Ltd., M/S Hitachi Lifts India Pvt Ltd, M/S Mitsubishi Elevator India Pvt Ltd, M/S Otis Elevator Company India Ltd, M/S Fujitech India Pvt Ltd, M/S Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd, M/S Thyssenkurupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. M/S Omega Elevators, M/S Escon Elevators Pvt Ltd, M/S LT Elevators Pvt Ltd and M/S IES Elevators or any other OEM approved by E-in-C's Branch.
