Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushoning to cable complete all as specified.(Punned thickness shall only be measured)

Supplying and laying Bricks; (common burnt clay building bricks), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing and re-laying/laying of LT UG cables of any size for re- routing or any maintenance purpose all as specified and directed. Note*- (i) Excavation, removing, returning filling, sand and bricks will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches after removing old cable and fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 10 Sqmm, 2 Core with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised iron, 50 mm dia laid in trenches for cable protection at road crossing etc including necessary making good or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps and required boring under road or hard surfaces complete with all fittings laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Polycarbonate IP66 Protaction weather proof, rust proof, UV resistance protaction class II of size 205(L) x 255(H) x 112(D)mm having internally emberded gaskets of PUR with per-molded nockouts for cable entry, flame retardent self extinguishing witn glow wire test at 960 degrees C according to IEC - 60695-2-11 junction box with, 240V, Neutral link, three phase connector and 1 No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts, etc including dismantling old unservieable junction box all as specified and directed. (Make : Hensel Cat Part No KF2500H) or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces for LT pole painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit each of 15 cm all as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the galvanised iron strip 25×4mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer GI Earth strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm dia, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

All as per item No. 20 above, but using 32 x 6 mm thick GI strip as earthing lead and protected by GI pipe light grade 50mm dia.

S&F in repairs galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 22 above but, galvanized iron strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm

M&L for Cable jointing kit for LT straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for LT straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for LT straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 to 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for LT Panels outer doors shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet factory fabricated locable / openable by keys or nuts locking system as per existing one. The degree of protection of outer doors shall be IP-54 and painting the complete panel from out side as per the existing colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note* :- (i) Measurement of doors shall be taken before ordering to the supplyers/ manufacturer and duly approved by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Area of opening of panel board shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and fixing in repairs Digital type Voltmeter 0-500 volt, three phase class 1.0 panel mounted 96 x 96 Sqmm, flush mounted case complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed. Make - HPL Model No. NPAMEBRITV31 or equivalent model in Havells/Philips/CG/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing in repairs ammeter 0-250 amps, Digital type, three phase class 1.0 panel mounted 96 x 96 Sqmm, flush mounted case with suitable size of CT complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed. Make - HPL Model No. NPAMEBRITA31 or equivalent model in Havells/Philips/CG/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing in repair LED indicators (color red/ yellow /blue/ white/ green) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in existing panel for repairs 4 pole on load changover switch of capacity 125 amps, complete with necessary fixing all as specified . Make : Indo Asian Model No.ICAS0125 or equivalent model in Havells/Philips/CG/Bajaj.

Supply and fix in existing panel for repairs 4 pole on load changover switch of capacity 200 amps, complete with necessary fixing all as specified . Make : Indo Asian Model No.ICAS0200 or equivalent model in Havells/Philips/CG/Bajaj.

Supply and fix in existing panel for repairs 4 pole on load changover switch of capacity 315 amps, complete with necessary fixing all as specified . Make :Indo Asian Model No.ICAS0315 or equivalent model in Havells/Philips/CG/Bajaj.

Taking down old UNSV ACSR conductor of any size from poles and M & L for ACSR conductor including stringing on LT poles complete incl aluminium binding wires, jumpering, bindings at insulators etc complete all as directed.

M & L for galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia to be stringed as continuous earthing wire on over head LT lines complete all as directed incl taking down the old rusted earth wire.

S & F in replacement of Cross arm, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section, including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bendings cold or hot, drilling hole for both in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint incl taking down the old unserviceable cross arms complete all as directed.

M & L for galvanised stay strand size 7/4 mm complete all as directed incl taking down the old unserviceable stay wire all as specified.

M & L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 ( Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete only measured separately) using diameter of stay rod 16 mm and MS stay plate 230mm x 230mm including taking down erusting stay assembly complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable RCC poles 9 mtr long and supply and erection of steel tublar swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) and shifting of conductors and insulators etc incl painting the exposed portion of the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and internally through out plus embedded portion with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Marking of pole number with black paint in yellow circle all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1: 4 : 8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) below GL as in foundation of pole etc all specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) for coping for pole and stay in repairs all complete as per site requirement and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6 ) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) below GL as in foundation for stay assembly complete all as directed. (Note : Rate qouted shall deemed to be included for necessary each work).

Disconnecting the windings of loose overhead conductors of LT lines from insulators and restringing the same for proper sag and rewinding incl aluminium winding wires, tapes etc and jumpering for any type of conductor complete of single run conductor all as directed. (Note:- Triming of tree branches if or as required at site upto 3 mtrs from the conductor is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).

Supply and fix in replacement of insulator pin type porcelain vitereous , white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvinised washer and one GI nut 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volt grade complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of insulator shackle type, porcelain, vitereous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washer and nuts for working pressure 1100 Volts height 100mm, dia 115mm, section of strap (31x5) mm dia of bolt 14 mm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of loop type insulator vitreous white,brown or green insulator small size, with over all dimensions 65 x 90 mm, clearance of hole 16 mm complete all as directed.

Supply and replacing of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 metre apart including 4 mm dia GI suspension wire one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC Line spacer of superior quality of 2 Way spiral type all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC Line spacer of superior quality of 3 Way spiral type all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC Line spacer of superior quality of 4 Way spiral type all as specified and as directed .

M&L for taking out old unserviceable MCCB TP/TPN four pole from existing LT panel board and supply and fix MCCB TPN 125 amps capacity, rup capacity 25 KA at 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary modification in panel board as per site requirement to fix the MCCB complete with replacement of incoming and out going cable connection with lugs, aluminium conductor cable of proper size, nuts bolts all as directed.replacement of brunt lugs and wire/cable pieces etc as required at site. Make : Indo Asian Mode : 830053 or equivalent model in Havells/ CG/ Bajaj.

All as per Item No 52..00 above but 200 amps capacity, 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Indo Asian Model No.830116 or equivalent model in Havells/ CG/ Bajaj.

M & L for Cutting out the burnt out cable end and reconnecting with providing new lugs, tapes etc for cable size 25 sqmm 3.5 core to 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting out the burnt out cable end and reconnecting with providing new lugs, tapes etc for cable size 70 sqmm 3.5 core to 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting out the burnt out cable end and reconnecting with providing new lugs, tapes etc for cable size 120 sqmm 3.5 core to 300 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
