REPAIR MAINT OF PERIMETER HANGER SECURITY LIGHT ANDOTHER MISC WORK IN WSA AND TECHNICAL AREA AT AFS PATHANKOT

Taking down the Carefully unserviceable any type security lights /Hanger light/wall lights of any capaciy/size from pole/ bldgs/ walls light and refixing after repair unsv items such as choke/lamps/ignitors/ Surge protection, drivers complete all, as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) After completion of contract, contractor shall hand over all the security/perimeter lights conventional type" in perfect running/functioning condition to the department.(ii) Contractor shall provide his authorised Cell/mobile No. and local address to contact and communicate the message for any break down and contractor's rep will visit the office twice a day (0930 Hrs and 1430 Hrs) to collect the day to day complaints of any nature/type. (iii) Penalty for not rectifying the defect in time(within 72 hrs)will be charged to contractor and the amount of penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint will deducted from the due payment of contract.(iv) Complaints will be treated as rectified only after user's "Satisfactory slip "will be produced by contractor to concerned JE E/M.(iv) Cost of attending day by day complaint is included in the rate quoted under this item, no extra payment for attending complaint shall be made.(v) Old material obtained from spares replaced under this item shall be contractor's property and will be measured as per credit schedule.(vi) Cost of minor spares i.e, wirnig inside light fittng, connecting wire upto terminal box, nut bolts washers or accessories as required for fixing light on pole, connector blocks are deemed to be included in the item rate, items other than mentioned will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of work,(vii) Cost of T&P i.e, ladders, tools, brazing, welding, soldering required and transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rates(viii) Area cleaning if required within vicininty of lighing poles is to be done by contractor only and rate for area cleaning is deemed to be included in quoted rates . (X) Contractor will be take proper shutdown before repaire with communation of IPSS team / Security section for repair of perimeter lights.

Supply for repair/replacement of street lights cable PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm three core cut to pieces all as required, drawn into existing conduit/GI pipe of wall or pole as per direction given by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply for repair/replacement of Timer Switch multifunctional digital Astronomical Rex3 D-21 conf to Cat Pt No 412654 of Legrand or equivalent of make L&T/GE including connecting electrically using copper conductor cable of appropriate size

Supply for repair/replacement of air break contactor 3 pole 415 volts 50 Hz AC-3 duty, current rating 50 amps (normal life) with operating coil voltage 230 volts

Supply for repair/replacement of air break contactor 3 pole 415 volts 50 Hz AC-3 duty, current rating 70 amps (normal life) with operating coil voltage 230 volts
