Supply, laying, jointing, connecting, testing & commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 120 sqmm x 3.5 core all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - (a). The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of arranging respective shutdown, disconnection of cables, commissioning of feeder after the completion of job and inclusive of any minor spares and jobs required for the completion of the job. (c). The cost of excavation, returning, filling, removal and PCC cable covers will be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose/hard soil n exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out including forming bottom to required level or slope for laying pipes / laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil in trenches including spreading, leveling and well ramming in 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc in 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes).

M&L precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing size 40 mm bore (Light grade) with all necessary fittings laid in trenches under road crossing or fixed on poles / walls / under floors for cable protectioncomplete all as specfied and as directed. Make:- Jindal. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25m below normal ground level,earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal mixed with salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness connected by galvanised iron earth earth strip 32x6mm soldered & riveted toearth plate, galvanised iron earth strip will be provided by using 50mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body and neutral or test point of transformer, including flat iron clamp 25x3mm including bolts, nuts and washers complete including watering galvanised iron pipe 20 mm dia 'Light grade' 2.5mm long the earthing includes PCC pit including necessary earth works and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50m, chamber of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, coping shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC pit cover 50mm thick in1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, rein forced with 8mm dia @ 15cm c/c complete all as shown on sketch No 3 of SSR-I of 2009 and as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L earth continuity conductor GI of 32x6 mm of GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and GI washers complete all as specified.

M & L Synthetic insulating mat (rubber matting), ISI Marked suitable for 1100 Volts electrical grade 2mX1mX2mm thick chequered top, ISI marked to be laid in front of LT panel board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Danger notice boards of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white,with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 25x20cm size.

Supply and relplace existing u/s indicating lamp LED type suitable to operate on 230 volts AC Supply of R/Y/B colour as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Street light control junction box 280x170x130mm upto 16 sq mm 4 core cables made out of FRP sheet moulded and arrangement of incoming 3 phase 4 wire system and out going 3 phase 4 wire system with R.Y.B.& N studs and control for incoming & outgoing cables with MCB SP 2.5 Amps 230 volts with neutral link including flat iron 25x3 mm “D” clamps (2 Nos) suitable to pole of any size including bolts nuts & washers.”NOTE: - The rates includes incoming & outgoing cables glands & lugs of size up to 16 sq mm 4 core.

M&L for dismantling old unserviceable LT panel along with disconnecting connected cables, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated of size as per the existing IEC 61439 Part 1 & 2 norms, floor mounted, IP 55 grade, outdoor type double door type LT cubical panel made out of CRCA MS sheet duly powder coated with Seimens grey shade RAL 7032, dust and veremin proof with suitable size TPN PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar, incld. aluminium bus bars for incoming and outgoing connections supported on glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic insulated support with lifting lugs of suitable size. Panel should be mounted/grouted PCC (1:4:8) type D2 of size on as per the panel dimensions such that there should be 100 mm offsets complete. The bottom of the panel (space between bottom of panel and top of PCC foundation) shall be covered with CRCA sheet covering all the sides of the base frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer. The panel should have following accessories fitted in :-
