Machine cut Kota Stone Slab flooring, 20-25mm thick, best quality over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing (Mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 115 hereinbefore but on steps/ tread/ riser/ skirting / vertical surfaces over and including 10mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:3, including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing complete, all as specified and directed.

18-20mm thick Green marble (of any type table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in, set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite compelte all as specified and directed.

Sink made of stainless steel, 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or includingfixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed brick aggregate as in sunken filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors as given below :- (a) Making fillet of size 50mm x 50mm at corner of slab and wall with PCC (1:2:4) (b) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering (c) 15 mm plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions after roughning and cleaning the surface . (d) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 hours by ponding. (e)Applying 3mm thick APP membranne with bitumen by torch application to the treated sunken surface over a coat of primer on bottom surface of sunken and sides wall and as per manufacturers instructions. (f) Joints/Traps/WC/soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound . (g) Ponding test will be carried out for 72 hours including temparory closing of spout (h) 40mm GI pipe spout of required length shall be provided at bottom / suitable location in sunken portion before doing any other work. this will include cutting and repair of required hole in brick work / RCC(f) Ponding test will be carried out for 72 hours including temparory closing of spout Note :- Floor area shall be measured to made payment .

Taking down, chipping and removing the loose, split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforcement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, apply rust remover over the cleaned re-barsurface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts fromthe old re-barsurfaces, fixing new reonforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortar in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm average thick in two coats, with and including polymer @10% by weight of cement, including erecting and dismantling steel scafoldingfor carrying out the work upto height of 10 metre (Appx) complete all as specified and as directed.

Plate rack of stainless steel of size 610mmx 914mm x 254mm with steel shelves and hanging arrangements for utensil, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.
