Material and labour for inspection of EOT/HOT cranes of following capacity by the competent person authorised by inspector of Factores and testing on load for proper function and safety all as per standard testing proceedure laid down and furnishing the test certificate in Triplicate all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (a) Quoted rate is deemed to be including arrangement of Load materials required including transportation man & load materials, tools and plant required for the work at site and no extra cost will be paid by the Govt on account of this. (b) Contractor has to submit Crane Inspecting authority valid license/certificate of authentic authority to the department before comencement of work. (c) All tools & tackles, safety devices should be provided by the contractor. (d) Necessary test certificate from factory inspector shall be prodiced by the contractor before making payment.

M & L for replacement DSL, RYB and Neutral Insulated and Galvanized steel bas-bar rating for 100 A of 20 Ton EOT crane including taking down old unserviceable one and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for DSL Current Collector RYB and Nrutral for upto 20 Ton capacity EOT Crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of cable festoon system with C-rail, track bars, cable Trolleys hanger clamps C- Track coupler, end stop and accessories required as per site requirement for EoT crane of capacity upto 20 Ton complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for taking down the existing hoist gear box of 5 Ton capacity EOT crane from its position and place, dismantling hoist coupling, hoist break, removing the motor, open the gear box body and replacement of damaged gas cuts, oil seals and worn out ball bearings, arresting oil leakage and refilling with new gear box oil 90' grade and re-assembling the gear box in its position complete and testing all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 5 here-in-before but for 20 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preperetion of old painted surfaces, painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on entire surfaces of EOT/HOT 2.0 Ton to 50.0 Ton capacity range double girder area, gear box, motor area, path area, re-lettering as per existing after painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts fixed type of capacity 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA including taking down old unserviceable MCCB of any capacity complete all as directed.

M & L 1100 Volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 50 Sqmm nominal cross section 3.5 core in duct, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers incl taking down u/s cable any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repair/ Replacement for framed work such as steel brackets of requried shape for running cable for EOT crane complete all as specified and directed.
