REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF APFC PANELS, LT PANEL, POLES, MCCB AND MISC ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE SAUGOR

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and white shade in alternate layer with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over primer on embeded portion/coping of pole and writing pole number, including taking out of old steel pole and making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection of pre-stressed concrete pole in vertical position 9 meter long 102mm X 172mm at top and 102mm X 279mm at bottom class-10 confirming to IS-1678 and including marking alternate white and black strips 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and writing pole number, including taking out of old PCC pole and making good to match existing area complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables/poles or foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 3.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5Mtrs and n,exc 3.00 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreeding leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm apart complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local river sand coushioning with dry and clean sand over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of PCC poles/ struts, etc. including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of stay assy/ pole etc, including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking of existing APFC panel every month at different location (Barthuma filtration plant, Chittora pump hosue and Rajghat pump house) should be capable of improvement of PF upto 0.99 on the average of monthly consumption in each phase, at the different loads of Pump set and during the off load entire installation in matching with Metering Equipment of MPEB overall the maintaining the PF 0.99 in APFC panel as well as MPEB meter including checking of all internal wiring and connection with relay, contactor, CT etc all as per site requirement of APFC panel complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Checking of all three panels in a particular months to be considered as one unit. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include minor repairs and opening of panel accessories and taking the defective items to the approved workshop for relay adjustment with reference to variable capacitor acoording to load requirement. (iii) Spare parts if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ as supply only. (iv) Record of checking of existing APFC panel should be submitted by the contractor duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge in every month.

M&L for checking of Thyristor based APFC panel of any size and any capacity with minimum requirement of material like relay, contactor, CT etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include opening of panel accessories and taking the defective items to the approved workshop for relay adjustment with reference to variable capactior acoording to load requirement, entire APFC panel should be capable of capable of improvement of PF upto 0.995 on the average of monthly consumption, at the different loads of Pump set and during the off load entire installation even at No Load. (ii) Spare parts if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ as supply only.

M&L for checking of APFC panel of any size and any capacity with minimum requirement of material like relay, contactor, CT etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include opening of panel accessories and taking the defective items to the approved workshop for relay adjustment with reference to variable capactior acoording to load requirement, entire APFC panel should be capable of capable of improvement of PF upto 0.995 on the average of monthly consumption, at the different loads of Pump set and during the off load entire installation even at No Load. (ii) Spare parts if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ as supply only.
