Dismantling G.S. sheet, roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc and stakcing material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metre lead etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

PDemolishing of RCC work manually by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse and (Zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources), excluding the cost of entering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement. All work up to plinth level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Steel reinforcement using mild steel and medium tensile steel bars for R.C.C. work including strengthing, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing & applying polymer modified flexible cementatious negative side water proofing coating with elastic water proofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35kg/ 10sqm one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious water proofing poymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickeness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coat) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

8mm thick fully perforated calcium silicate board make with calcareous & siliceous materials reinforced with cellulse fiber manufactured through autoclaving process to give stable crystalline structure with minimum compressive strength 225kg/ sqcm. Bending strength 100kg/ sq. cm of size 595x995mm having perforation of dia 10mm with minimum perforated area 18% with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC (noise reductioned coefficient) of 0.85 with 50mm thick rockwood of 48 kg/ cum backing etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Provisions for repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm (average) in patches of area 2.50 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and prepairing the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
