Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any discripton not otherwise discribed over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any lenth with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or in spout pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix for framed work such as grills, grating etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars(for windows); barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of watertanks and similar work cnforming to Fe 290. Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Rolled mild steel Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quaility 'A' in farmed work as in door or gate of angle or other section with gusset plates rails,braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including steel pintal hinges, rollers and locking arrangement and fixed with RCC column complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Supply, test, erection & commissioning of Steel tubalar swaged poles staying in a truly vertical position till the fountation are properly set with the help crane complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of holes to poles for clamps & hooks for earth wire/strip complete all as specified type 410 SP-55,11 mtrs HT poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Crane charges for erection shall be deemed to be including in quoted rate. (ii) Earth work, PCC, coping shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) The rates include staying the poles in a truely vertical position till the fountatins are properly set. Supply & Fix thermo plastic junction/terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 130x180x77mm with hinged door, incl provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts, made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25mmx4mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel including necessary excavation & earth works in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate), "mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering 40mm dia light grate, GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layers os charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "plate No '3' and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick GI earth plate electrode buried in ground vertically not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below grount level with GI wire of size 4 mm dia as earth lead including necessary excavation & earth works (in any of strata) proviting charcoal dust, salt mixed in continuous layer 15 CM all arount the plate and balance pit will be filled with vigitable soil approval by engineer in charge, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, Precast 50mm thick in cement (1:2:4) type B.1 with CI frame with cover, 20mm dia bore light grade GI watering pipe funnel etc fixing of GI pipe 15mm bore protection for earthing wire from earth pit to test point complete & making connection including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item 36 & 37:- (i) GI protection pipe and GI earth lead upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing shall be redone without any extra cost to the department.

Supply, install , test and commission of factory made and tested, LT panel board Outdoor type, weather, vermin proof, cubical type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed, with necessary Aluminium bus bar arrangement with insulated bus bar of suitable rating, 4 strips, the panel should be dust proof, IP 54 class protection and made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet with 40x40x5mm angle iron frame with necessary earth work excavation, hinged doors, front and rear opening and locking arrangement and duly powder coated on the out side and inside, cable glands and iugs for incomming and out going cable etc, independent chamber to accommodate complete all as specified and directed including following accessories:- Incoming: (a) MCCB 4 POle, 415 V, capacity 63 AMPS 16 KA - 01 No Out going: (b) MCCB 4 pole adjustable type, 40 Amps, 415 Volts 16 KA - 02 Nos (c) MCB SPN 6-32 A - 02 Nos (d) MCB SP 6-32 Amp - 02 Nos (e) Indicating lamps ( set 03 Nos) - 01 set (R, Y & B) (f) Panel wiring with suitable size PVC insulated heavy duty 1100 vots grade single core calbe with copper conductor multistranded with cable end termination lugs.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of steel light bracket made out of 40 mm bore mild steel GI light grade tubing over all length 1.5 mtr bend to shape as directed including providing two Nos MS flat iron 40x6 mm clamp of appropriate size with nut bolts and washer duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer ( GI surface shall not be painted) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix multi core round PVC insulated copper conductor (flexible) industrial cables PVC sheathed cables, 1100 volts conforming to IS: 694 of size 1.5 sqmm , three core from core from junction box to street light pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of automatic street light switch using Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of nature light the sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactors and MCBs (input-output) should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to 12- 15KW; contactor Ratindg 32Amps; MCB(SPN) rating 32Amps complet all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m and not exc 3.0m in depth for foundation of stay/ pole and etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread riddle earth in treches for cushioning of UG cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Only punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay dry bricks in trenches over under ground electric cable for mechanical protection with width equal to length of bricks with well burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks laid flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour in repairs for cement concrete in foundation (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grate of size 40 mm for cable protection protection on road/ drain/ floor / pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm with ISI marked all as specified and directed.
