M&L for disconnecting existing tanks 500 Ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc. 250 Ltr but not exc. 500 Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work masonary built in lime or cement mortar including all quiens arches, pillars etc but including concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition reinforced concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, RCC water tank and similar suspended work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs capacity ISI marked double layer (cylindrical vertical with closed Threaded top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20 mm dia ball vales high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel tubes medium grade 15 mm dia with all fitting laid in walls, ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel tubes medium grade 20 mm dia with all fitting laid in walls, ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old roof surfaces by brooming and watering, clearing all dust paricles and providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bases of water tank of average thickness not exceeding 150 including making kerbs at wall and roof junction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and disposed off unservieable material of out side MD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, railing, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc making locking arrangement, necessary welding, drilling and cutting works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel in flat, round or square bars in available length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wire netting 1.40 mm dia ( or as directed by Engr in charge) and of meshing size 25 x 25 mm fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.
