P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm2.) approved quality /make including joining the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant.110 mm dia (S/3.16.3)

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and up to five level above 30cm. thick walls in :Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand).(B-6.2.6)

Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1:2:4 mix 50 mm thick complete as per specification : ( B- 3.8)

Half brick masonry in Superstructure , above plinth level up to floor V level using bricks of designation 75 Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (B/5.8.3)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : :(A) 20 mm thick (B- 12.3.2)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ). (B/12.42)
